Highly Recommend- The Staff Makes The Experience Unforgettable..... The Assistant Manager is the reason I browsed and purchased items from this store yesterday. Her energy and uplifting spirit really made me feel comfortable and ready to support both myself, and the boutique ♥️

Yesterday, before I walked into Windsor, I had the experience of being refused service, as a woman of color, here locally.

I felt nervous walking around the mall, and was going to make zero additional stops, but her kind energy called me in - & I was not disappointed at all. To go from being discriminated against without justifiable reasons, to being cheered on as I walked through Windsor doors when these women had NO idea what I had been through moments prior...a huge shout out to Tiaisha! and that Same energy was given by the manager while I was checking out, aka Meghan.

I hope you ladies know now,l why I said, "I didnt even want to take off my sunglasses" - my fashion is my armor.. But, I felt so comfortable that I took that piece of armor off, in the room with you.

I’m a little late with writing this review but for Valentine’s Day I was freaking out because I didn’t know what to wear. Meagan the store manager helped me tremendously with finding a nice dinner outfit . I ended up going with an outfit I brought already but Megan wasn’t upset that she helped me or steamed an outfit I didn’t end up getting. Her energy was amazing and I knew I had to write this review . I’m horrible with names and forget her name so ever since then I would go into her store to see if I saw her. TODAY was the day I ran into her in her store and wanted to let her know that I’m thankful for her positive energy and her styling advice. Your boss definitely knew what he or she was doing when they gave you...

Very disappointed with Windsor. I bought a dress that turned out to be damaged, but I didn’t notice until I got home because was small hole in one side . It still had the tag and I had the receipt, and I went back within the same month past the 14 days but still lest than 30 days and they refused to exchange or return it. This is unacceptable customer service. I expected better from a store that claims to value their customers. I won’t be shopping here again, and I wouldn’t recommend it to...
