My wife and I bought tickets to a show that were in the center of the balcony. We picked those exact seats for a reason, but when we got there those seats were full of electrical equipment/lights for the show. We were told the seats never should have been sold....well they sold them. We were forced to move to a lower level for "better seats", which were worse. We were off to the side and couldn't see the entire stage, and we dd not enjoy the show at that point because we were so upset. When we tried to call to speak with a manager about the issue we were always pushed off on someone else. We left polite voicemails requesting calls back, and never heard from anyone. We didn't want anything except to express our concern about what had happened. I will never come back to the Cannon Center, which is a shame, because it is very...

This is about my box office experience only. Let me say this, first and foremost, the employee at the box office was nice and helpful. What was troublesome to me is the wait time when they have to leave. Today, I waited about 15 minutes prior to her return from getting change. This was my second visit to the box office and each time I had to wait.....uggghh! One good thing I found out today is there is free parking in the front. I found that out by accident. If you are approaching the Canon center from Front street, turn left at the first street and then make a left at the next street. Don't use the first parking you see on the right. It is some type of PAY parking. I put 50 cents in there, only to find there was free 15 minute parking for box office purchases. This review is ONLY for my box...

The center itself is beautiful but i do not understand their concession stand rules. We were allowed to purchase drinks in a clear bottle but had to pour the drink from the bottle and drink it from a cup. Then once i entered the theatre space i had to hold my cup the entire time because there are no cup holders. I dont understand the concept behind this.

Thanks to the owner for your response but you stated that the cup with a lid would decrease spills, the cups that we were given were plain clear cups without a lid, they resembled the cups I have used at home for...

The performances of the March 18th show were awesome! The features of The Manhattans, and the main attraction, Jeffrey Osborne, brought back sweet memories of the best decades of music of my life: the 70s and 80s. My review of the Cannon Center, however, failed to dazzle. The between performance dismantling and reset-ups should have been concealed by a curtain call. I did not find it entertaining to have to watch all the band and technical transformations. The photo taken was at the final portion of the dismantling. The performers, and patrons, deserved better.

We attended the Cannon Center for the Wale concert. It was amazing by the way... But parking is conveniently across the street which is a short walk. The security was very courteous and the staff assisted you and made sure that you had your appropriate seat and was comfortable. The vendors were very neat and organized for a rather large crowd. Our overall experience was excellent.

A great place to see a concert or play. Parking is across the street. Seating was great at the VIP section in the orchestra area. We went to seen Home Free it concert they are wonderful. If you are a bigger person you will need VIP seating or the wide chairs on the balcony on the right side as your facing the stage. God Bless.
