This place is one of the most unprofessional and low-class establishments I have ever been to! I was extremely disgusted with this Pizza Hut! They should be ashamed of themselves for their extremely rude and unprofessional conduct. I will never eat here again and will also be telling friends/family in the area to avoid this Pizza Hut establishment. They overcharged us and were extremely rude when we pointed out the extra charge. The manager was extremely unprofessional and balked at taking the charge off. When my husband told him in no uncertain terms exactly what we had ordered, he did take the charge off, but with an attitude. While my husband was standing in line to pay, the waiter that had taken our order was talking in a very loud voice in the back criticizing us to other employees in a voice loud enough for us to hear at the front. Needless to say, he did not get a tip. Having worked at a restaurant before myself in the past, I understand everyone makes mistakes, but I am shocked that Pizza Hut would employee these kind of employees. It's rude and bad for business. I was a regular at my local Pizza Hut before we moved here, but this Pizza Hut has lost our business for good. We won't be back and will be taking other customers with us. Read moreOne of the worst Pizza Huts ever. Made me give up on getting Pizza Hut after 2 bad experiences. Ordered through app at 5:20 pm for curbside delivery. Arrived at 5:41 pm and texted them per instructions. They texted back asking name and make/model of my car. I replied and their next text stated my order would come out when it's ready. The app said it was already ready. I waited another 25 minutes and texted I wanted to cancel my order. I'd seen people walk in, order, and get their food while I was there. A text came asking me my name and make/model of my car and that my order would be out when ready. I finally gave up and went in the rain into the store. I canceled and requested refund... no apologies, no anything from them. No food and a bad taste in my mouth about Pizza Hut. I'm not lazy, if this option wasn't there, I'd do it old school and just walk in to make/get my order. If you can't fulfill the order this way, don't advertise it and don't offer it. I heard an employee in the back complaining that they are busy and understaffed. This was the same employee that complained the last time I was there about having to make a specialty pizza that they were advertising on TV, because it took a lot of effort to make. I walked in to no one at the register which is cool, I understand people have to step away sometimes but when I was greeting two people walked up and asked how they could help? I asked about family specials to which I was advised to scan a lovely QR code, mind you I had to ask this person if they could repeat themselves because he mumbled under his breath to the point I couldn't understand him then proceeds to finish a conversation with his co worker about someone whom I'm assuming he dated in the past and how they were messing with someone else. I couldn't find the information with the QR code and asked for help again to which he seemed irritated??? Excuse me? This is your job and if you don't want or need it please go home. No one is forcing you to be there. I told them both nevermind and left. I drove straight to Papa John's and even though they had a QR code to scan the man at the counter took the time to explain what he had going on. Papa John's definitely out pizzas the hut.
