Good ice cream, but is this a gelato? I came here for affogato. The chocolate gelato on stick was quite a huge in size. They asked about the dipping coat, and I preferred the dark chocolate one, and hazelnuts on top. Overall the Ice-cream on stick looks very tempting. The lady asked if I want my stick inside the coffee or not. For uninitiated, lemme clarify, affogato is a speciality coffee ( Italian) where a strong shot of hot espresso is served with one or a couple of scoops of gelato - traditionally vanilla ( can be replaced by chocolate or anything). So the cold gelato will melt and the strong espresso will mellow down with the molten gelato. You must devour the entire thing together by sipping and with a spoon. Here, the gelato was in stick, the gelato looked better than the actual taste. The coffee was very basic. I’m usually picky about the coffee standard. Here the espresso tasted like bitter water ( no aroma, or taste). So it was not a good coffee or good affogato. The ice cream was also not great if you count that as gelato. But if you compare it with a basic ice cream,...

They will dollar you to death. Ordered shakes and didn't want the toppings. The cashier heard me tell the kids how much they can spend based on how much they had earned and then the cashier asked if we would like whip cream and we said sure. They actually charged for a squirt of whip cream, which isn't even on the toppings list. They're not upfront on the up charging. While I'm trying to teach my kids budgeting, they're busy ripping them off. Dipsticle isn't bad tasting, but to be honest, La Michocana is much better for less.

No, go to GrubHub and order a shake, whip cream is not an option, nor was it on the menu in store, nor is it on your old online menu.

Also this wasn't a case of "out of my budget" if you read thoroughly. Now you just sound petty.

And no, it's not a side conversation if it's directly in front of the cashier, who was basically in the conversation when she was...

4/11/25 I come here at least once or twice a month with my family, I always ask the same Flavor that is sour, I just remember is something mixed with strawberry and the color is red, today as usual we ask our ice cream and as soon as I tried mine I knew something was wrong, I gently ask if something was wrong with mine because it was too sweet, they told me maybe was a different flavor, I told them is same strawberry mix with red color then I noticed this was not mixed, I ask if was possible to get other different sour flavor and they told me it was not possible, due I was not able to eat my ice cream I have to drop it at the trash can and then pay, right after that my family was enjoying their ice cream and they start to clean the table right next where we were eating spraying cleaner almost above us, you can have a great product, but if customer service is not good then you...

Great dessert place! You can customize your gelato/ sorbet stick at this place. Pick a base gelato/ sorbet stick and then get it dipped in your choice of dip(s) and get toppings of your choice. Voila!!! Your dipsticle is ready! I tried pistachio gelato with chocolate and almond toppings, and hazelnut with pistachio toppings. Loved it!! Will definitely visit this place again! The toppings are quite expensive! Since the last time I visited the prices have gone quite high! Each topping is .50$ onwards for each topping, nut toppings are 0.75$ for each. So, be cognizant when you are adding toppings. Dips are charged separately. They range from 0.50$ to 1.50$. I added a half chocolate dip to my pistachio gelato with hazelnuts, pistachios, waffle cones and pecans. I ended up paying 7$ exclusive of taxes for my gelato!
