I had the very best experience ever at pennys..sephora. wasn't sure what I needed but explain to the very nice manager in that department what I was looking for. She explained things to help my decision. Best of all,my gift card wasn't working and she kept on working with it and making calls.She was told card no good. I'd never used it and Sharon peeled off code so she knew I hadn't used it. Just had it awhile. What a nice,professional and so helpful lady.!! Unbelievable how pennys/sephora polo grounds was so great compared to mall pennys/sephora at wolfchase has always been awful. Like any shopping area, the Centennial Commons can become quite crowded during holiday shopping times. It's usually patrolled by a contracted safety guard on a cart, there are a few free standing Memphis Police Department Cameras, and I have seen on several occations a MPD squad car drive past the shops slowly. Decent shopping options: Babies R Us and Toys R Us, Ulta Beauty, Dick's Sporting Goods, JCPenney, Dollar Tree, a Christian bookstore, several little places...

This shopping center is nice and has a lot to offer. Just wish that the traffic light at Centennial Drive and Winchester allowed for left-hand turns in the mornings. I’ve sat there and watched the traffic on all three sides get green lights, but not he side exiting the shopping center.
