I have never seen a store with such beautiful stuff, have such a bad rapor. My friend took me there in September. When I got ready to check out they had where you can get a credit card 💳. So I filled it out because I have got to buy a lot of things. Warning ⚠️. Do not open a credit account with this store. Yes go, but use cash, bank card or another form of payment. They said I should get my card in 7 to 8 days. I'm still waiting on my card and my bill. Well this is mid November. Still haven't received a card. All of a sudden I'm getting calls on my phone that my payment is late. To go on line and make a payment. No problem. I go on line and the first thing they ask is for your ACCOUNT NUMBER. on that note you can't go any further because they haven't given me a number. So I go to the store. Oh mam we don't take payments here. You have to go on line. Me: I did I have to have an account number. She gives me the number to a bank. Ok I call the number to try to get an get my account number. Can't speak English well ask for my account number. I told her that's why I'm calling, I didn't get one. She said she couldn't give me my account no until they verify it's me. I said okay but you have all of my info. She go over that then say she couldn't give it to me. So I ask for a manager. She get some one. I ask if he were the manager, he said no but he handle this as well, that the manager was busy with a customer. So I try with him. He couldn't either. Then he said I could make a payment by taking a picture of my driver's licence, ssc, and bank card and post it on line. That's when I ask where the bank was her. There is no bank nowhere near me. All up north. This is still going on but if they think I'm putting my personal information on social media, they are out of there mind. I have never seen any body handle business. Now I am about to call a lawyer to try to get this straightened out. Three months is ridiculous. I will never shop...

Me & the women of my family used to come here often before covid! Now me and my mom try to have small outings and come here by us both being new home owners! We all love this store but on 12/29/20 4:36 I was very disappointed in the manager of this store! I witnessed the most disgusting, disrespectful & downgrading thing you could ever do to an employee (let a long a human being). Don’t know where the frustration came from but clearly the employee made a mistake. The manager (a black man) takes the approach of announcing his frustrations to her and the entire store as to why something can’t be done. Instead of pulling the employee to the side or maybe getting the line down first so you can work with the employee one on one. It was disgusting behavior and I hope to never see it again b/c it’s a great store to shop for almost everything you need. Nobody needs to see or hear that kind of negativity especially with everything that’s going on in this crazy year. It’s just not the time do be that distasteful of a human being! Other than that the employee was great! Very sweet & kind and she’s the type of employee that you see being disrespected and will try to help her get hired somewhere else with higher pay! Strangely merchandised - some areas extremely over-crowded, some areas totally bare. Probably just between seasons on a few aisles, though. For the most part, a wide variety of merchandise in both style and price point - should be something for everyone. Went to preview options for planters and patio decor, and just general interior decor shopping. Found a couple planters that might be worth returning for - a lot of the small planters I liked didn't have drain holes so I had to pass. Found a few small pieces worth picking up while browsing clearance and general home goods. However, and this took off two stars, there was only 1 cashier, who was unable(?) to request backup. After waiting over 8 minutes (behind another customer who had clearly been waiting awhile before I arrived by her demeanor), I gave up and left. The customer at the counter still had not finished paying for her purchase and nobody else had been called to assist. They keep a large quantity of knickknacks and clearance by the registers to entertain you while you wait, but if you have places to be, this store may just be...
