GameStop — Local services in Memphis

Went in there to buy an elite series 2 controller. They are overpriced compared to competition but I didn't wanna wait for shipping so I was gonna pay about 200 bucks for it.

The lady was so busy gossiping about some lame drama with a customer some other day with another lady and ignoring me as I stood there for an extended period of time I said screw it and walked out.

Haven't been to gamestop in ages, and it's clearly a dieing relic. I'll be glad when the company fails they failed to evolve with the times and the stores and employees have no desire to do their jobs right. The stores don't care while the company is a joke to modern gamers due to their inability to figure out how things work these days. It's failure...

I ordered my ps4 pro controller before the 18th of June in store they said it would be between the 18th -23rd when it should arrive. I did a follow up on the 22nd they told me it was in progress, I called today on the 25th & Now they are saying I need to call customer service to see what’s wrong with my order not to mention they always answer and hang up the first time I call, so I have to call twice . On top of that Tyler answered the phone rudely as if he doesn’t appreciate his job. So I know they will never receive my business ever again . Stopped by one evening to grab a game for a friend and the representative Jon was super helpful! He helped me find the game and walked me through redeeming points from being a Gamestop member for the first time and didn't get impatient at all even though I didn't know what I was doing... he also threw in some game suggestions I'll definitely be checking out next time I have the chance.
