Luna Grill Menifee — Restaurant in Menifee

I placed a $123.26 food order that included a 20% delivery tip, $2.99 delivery fee and $13.73 service fee. At the time of delivery I received only half of my order. When I contacted Luna Grill the phone attendant told me the remainder of my food did not get picked up by Door Dash driver. After speaking to his manager, the attendant said that I could either get a refund or pick up the food and get compensated with 2 free meal vouchers. I opted to do the pickup and meal vouchers. When my husband picked up the food, he said he was denied the meal vouchers and that he only ended up getting one. He asked to speak to a manager and the person left in charge "Alexia" told him that her manager "Nancy" was gone for the day and that they could only do one voucher because it was not their fault that the door dash driver failed to pick up the entire order. Alexia said that the attendant who helped us took it upon himself to offer us meal vouchers. This was our first time trying out this place and we did not enjoy the delivery experience nor the customer service. Luna Grill could have secured the entire meal by placing it all in one big bag or securing together the two bags the food was packed in. By the time my husband got the rest of the food, our food was cold. It was a total inconvenience and expensive purchase when you add all the extra service/delivery fees. Therefore, I do not recommend ordering online from them. And I'm sorry to say but Luna Grill Menifee your customer...

Hands down the best place to eat in Menifee! The food is high-end restaurant quality. Freshness and outstanding flavors are addictive! My favorite was the lemon garlic chicken, their chicken kabobs are perfectly grilled on outside and tender and juicy on inside. When I wanted to try something new Nick and Kala helped me decide on salmon plate. It is by far my absolute favorite! Just like the chicken it is grilled to perfection. I get rice and salad for sides. Rice has so much flavor seasoned just right and touch of butter and fresh herbs. I have been getting peach and burrata salad with hot honey dressing, so good. Their sauces and dressing taste home-made. Favorites are tzatziki and garlic feta. My experience would not be the same without Nick and Kala!…they are warm and inviting always happy to see me and ready to answer any question I have. Although it takes a few minutes to prepare as it is freshly made to order, they seem to always get it out as quickly as possible. My total experience is never short...

Luna is always one of our go to places to eat because of how fresh and yummy their food is. Last Saturday we were craving it, but didnt want to go thay way on a Saturday, so we decided to pay the extra amount to have it delivered. Luna uses Doordash to deliver their food. Our driver picked up our food and when they were about 10 minutes from our house, they canceled our order. I was tracking them the whole time through our Luna app. He stole our food. So I called Luna and they were nothing short of amazing! Karla was kind, compassionate and a true problem solver. She had her staff remake our food, dispatched it back out to be delivered, refunded us for our entire order (which I didnt ask for, we were just starving and wanted our food) and so much more! Her customer service was top-notch. In today's society I feel like we don't see this type of customer service anymore. No one wants to go above and beyond, but she did.
