My wife and I received a baby gift purchased from this store. Unfortunately, it was too small and I brought in to exchange. I couldn't even get the clothes out of the bag before the owner said "THAT'S NOT RETURNABLE.". Apparently it was a sale item, and she wouldn't take it back for a store credit or even a size change. I don't mind if you have policies like that, but she was so curt and lacked any empathy. I can't give someone future business if that's how she's going to treat a...
