Domino's Pizza — Local services in Meredith

At 1 pm'ish, Saturday November 9th 2024, I placed an online order into Meredith Domino's for delivery for 5 pm. I live 1 mile away. Almost 20 minutes past 5 pm I called, irritated, to ask why an online order made at 1 pm can't be here by 5 pm. Guy down there said "If you're going to yell at me don't come to my store." and promptly hung up on me. I had adults in the room with me and very hungry children as I was hosting a Birthday party for my daughter. I absolutely did not yell at that guy and have rarely in my life been treated with such disrespect. Was I irritated, you bet. I ordered early for a Birthday party and expected an on time delivery. Got the order at around 5:30 pm and they forgot the 2 - 2 liter Fanta bottles of soda and the pizza was not even that good. Laconia, NH Dominos pizza is better. $95 for that whole debacle. It was an expensive and awful experience. The driver did get his $20 tip as I felt the actions of his manager should not reflect on him. The pizza was fine, although not as tasty as the last one (same pizza). Couldn't put my finger on what was missing; it just tasted different. We also ordered some bacon cheese tots, which were good, and filling. Didn't have cinnamon bread sticks until this morning; they were good-tasting, but pretty greasy. I'd guess it was the butter. (Not sure it was real butter. Could have been just a lower-cost butter.) Last time I ordered online, I ordered a salad, but when I picked up my order, I was told they had no more salads. I agreed to get it the next time. Probably not a good move. They only had Caesar salad this time. I unfortunately don't care for it. So hopefully next time. If only this location could follow instructions. If you do mobile order, call the location, or go in.. the can never get an order right.. at this point I feel as if they have it out for my order.... I have only been able to get one or two orders made correctly. The manager has definitely reached out and has tried to make it right over the times that this has been going on but last night, order was placed on the phone, and when my husband came home with the order and we opened up the box and yet again let down. Always check your orders.. they don't care about food safety and or other people's health if they eat something they are not supposed too.. they don't care if someone ends up in the hospital due to not paying attention to...
