As a first time customer who also works in custom apparel, I am extremely displeased in this shops inability to follow basic direction and produce a good product. I have this woman 18 hats that had previous been stitched. I supplied this woman with a sample hat to show where I would like the patched to go. Instead of following the sample hat, she even reiterated on a phone call that she didn’t even bother with it, she JUST STITCHED THEM. My machines have no problem creating what I wanted done, but according to her, her “specialized” machine couldn’t do it. Instead on stopping and calling the paying customer to see how to proceed, she switched them. As you can see from the photos, I couldn’t tell you of a single soul who would find these acceptable. Deedees exact words were “I stand by my work and there’s nothing I can do in this situation.” After willingly allowing me to pay over $100 for work that is anything BUT acceptable , I now get to replace all of them for a second time because she couldn’t be bothered to make this situation right! I understand the hats would not have been perfect due to the previous stitching, but it seems like they didn’t even care to try. That assumption was further asserted when she refused to fix a mistake that she also refused to take accountability for. Myself as well as my other clients will never be returning as there are many other, better, sowers in the valley. I hope, instead of placing blame on the customer once again, that Deedee’s designs will learn to take accountability because regardless of how they feel about the work they produced, these hats are...

I would 100% hands down recommend. It was the best experience through this difficult time for our Family. I don't know where to begin!! My Daughter lost her son, our Grandson who was just 2 days away from being 2mos old. We had a memory bear made out of his clothes through someone else on etsy who DID NOT complete the embroidery job we paid for so I reached out to Diane at DeeDee's Designs to see if she could help. Not only did she respond with a phone call within an hour, but she personally called me instead of just email or text. Diane was very sympathetic, sincere and gave suggestions. I am beyond impressed and so in love that I found this amazing embroidery business! I was very excited being a small local business myself to keep some of my business needs on the local scale and I will without a doubt never be going anywhere else. From start to finish everything was so straight forward and easy. Simply sending her a picture of my logo, so made sure my colors were exactly what I wanted them to be and wall-ah!
