Kate is AMAZING!! She deserves 10/5 stars because she goes above and beyond to make brides feel beautiful, comfortable, and makes sure to find the perfect dress! Kate is so friendly and makes the process feel like shopping with a best friend! My experience was so exciting, fun, and stress-free all thanks to Kate’s amazing help! I had a very specific idea of what I wanted my wedding dress to look like and explained details I wanted in a dress to Kate. Immediately she pulled 5-6 dresses for me to try on all which had details I described. After trying on the second dress I pointed out details of the dresses I liked and what I thought was missing, or something I wanted to add, Kate then immediately pulled up her iPad and showed me a picture of a dress which had every single detail I described wanting on the dress and the design style I was looking for. She was able to place a call right then to have the dress shipped out that same night with expected arrival in 3-4 days. Kate was very communicative with me while waiting for the delivery of the dress and even shared tracking details for me to view the dress location as well. When the dress arrived she was able to have me come to the store the same day to try it on and I fell in LOVE with the dress and knew I had found the perfect wedding gown. Kate’s excitement with helping me find the perfect dress and her ability to find a dress with every detail I was looking for made the entire process so fun and exciting! She truly cares and listens to the brides who shop with her and is able to find the perfect gown! Kate, you are absolutely amazing! Your great attention to detail and patience throughout my appointment was exactly what I needed in helping select the perfect dress for me. I cannot express how incredibly happy I am to have found such a stunning dress!! Your appointment process was beyond calming and comfortable. As soon as I walked into the cottage, I was welcomed and asked what dress styles I preferred and if I had any inspiration pictures. I was then given the opportunity to walked through the dress area to help get the best idea of what I liked and didn't like. While I was trying on dresses in the fitting room, I was first amazed by the light changing mirror. It was so much fun to see what I would look like in all lightings. You went out of your way to listen to my opinions and reassured me when I seemed like I had doubts. I also appreciated how we were able to speak quietly at times when I didn't want the rest of my party to chime in, so that I could rely my thoughts and ask questions to you specifically. I was so nervous as this was my first time dress shopping and needed every opinion and recommendation I could get about each dress. You gave me the confidence I needed to feel beautiful in whatever I tried on! From the chic boutique lounge room, the warm colored lighting, the easily accessible accessories, dress selection, and overall generosity and kindness, my wedding dress shopping experience was a breathtakingly dream. I wish I could give more than 5 stars, because it was that amazing. I don't ever think to leave reviews but this one just had to be left. First of all, when they found out my wedding timeline, 97 days from engagement, they immediately messaged us and got us in sooner so I would have better lucky ordering dresses and not have to be stuck with picking dresses off the rack. When it came to picking dresses for me she only brought me dresses that could be ordered within my timeline to save me any potential heartache of loving a dress and not being able to get it. Mackenzi was literally amazing, every bride deserves to have someone that attentive and kind and patient helping them to get the perfect dress. I came in with almost no idea what I wanted and she worked hard to find what I liked within my price range and timeline. she was so attentive to me the whole time watching for my likes and dislikes and when I really needed it and asked for it, she gave me the feedback I needed to make the right choice. I cried in my dress 3 times and I didn't expect to cry.

Also, the place is adorable, it literally is a cottage, not just a clever name. Starting with walking up to the front door and seeing my name written on the sign and then walking through the whole appointment where I just felt so pampered. Having the entire cottage all to yourself is amazing and really gives you the bridal experience that we all deserve when our big day comes.
