I recently visited the store with my daughter and husband. My daughter owns multiple Kendra Scott pieces and we were excited to pick up a few more for her. There were two employees present that day.The first said hi and provided space for us to browse. The second employee was rude. She started questioning how many pieces we own and where we purchased the items. It felt like she was questioning our ability to purchase. It was completely inappropriate and immediately made us feel unwelcome in the store. It’s okay to have questions for customers to try to learn more about their style, budget, needs, etc. However, I don’t believe this is ever the type of questioning that should be directed towards a potential customer. Original review: They said they’d give me 15% off when I asked for a discount then it took $4.89 off an $80 item and a negligible amount off of other $75 items. Didn’t notice until I left and when I called back Sarah who was the associate I worked with said it’s only 15% off one item. I would have saved more money by shopping online. The manager told me 1) Black Friday was two months ago - it wasn’t, it was just last month, and 2) I couldn’t return or exchange the item because I am out of the 30 day return window. I purchased on 11/24 as a Christmas gift, today is 12/27, two days after Christmas. The Kendra Scott website says that the return window for purchases from 11/1/23-1/1/24 is until 1/31/24. The manager at the Mosaic store was completely unaware of this holiday return window, and also unaware that December comes right after November. Go to a different location instead. I...
