Thirsty Bones — Restaurant in Merritt Island

I’ve been to this bar plenty of times and had nothing but a good time, this afternoon me and a group of my friends go up there walk up to the bar and the blonde bartender working 9/25/25 was rude, whatever, we grabbed our drinks and went to a table. We go up to order more beverages she’s still rude, whatever again, go to the table continue about our business. For the third time we walked up to the bar to grab one more round and cash out, well when we went to cash out we were having card trouble understandable, well she was still being rude, this time around I respectfully asked her why she’s being rude, she said she’s not and that she was frustrated, well frustration and rudeness have two different meanings, whether your busy or not the rudeness is uncalled for. She stated she couldn’t do anything on the screen because of our transaction not going through again we were having card trouble, but there’s two computers there, and I’m a bartender myself so I know you can exit out of the transaction and continue doing whatever that needs to be done without messing anything up. We figured the card issue out, and she deliberately ignored us for over 20minutes so we left, we came back a few hours later to pay our bill and explain the situation for the situation to be turned on us not only that but we were blamed of screaming at her and that she was the way she was because of us. My experience with thirsty bones for the first time I don’t think you can get any worse. The bartender blonde had a lot of tattoos. I’m sure you can guess her name anyway I ask her for two Jamison doubles at the corner of the bar. She brings me the Jamison double the first time with Bud Light second time she ignores me for a little bit, so I go out to my car and get my takeout that I was gonna bring in and join the restaurant. Well when I went outside, I realized that three people have sit really close to where I was sitting or in my seat so I said at the first seat in the bar that was open and the first half of the bar was open so I stopped pull the chair out sat down. Ask the bartender. I forget what I said, but she knew that my drinks were in the corner, but she apparently said that I didn’t tip on them, but I gave her seven dollars on the first round she walked away on the second round so I’m not just throwing money at people is disrespectful so apparently I offended somebody by waiting you know, I’ve been a bartender for 30 years and I’ve had to wait multiple hours to get a real tip out of somebody not...

I would give ZERO stars if Google allowed. Tonight 8/30/25, we came in, had a few drinks, were enjoying ourselves. About an hour later, the bartender turned the jukebox on. I PAID to play a couple sings. 30 seconds into the first song, she turned it off. I asked about it and her response was “they wanted to hear a certain song”. Now, forgive me if I’m wrong… but if I PAY to hear a couple songs, isn’t that the same thing. Her response to that was “this is a football bar, they want to hear the game”. I politely and apologeticly pointed out that she played their song. Then… this is the best part… she said “DRAMA”, then “you can leave”. I’m sorry… but apparently this bartender makes $200k per year before tips! I will NEVER patronize this establishment again! Along with speaking ill of it if anyone asks me about it.
