Beware do not buy beware I was ripped off for $610!!!!!!! I posted a review on here a month ago, stating that I bought a dryer from the Melbourne location. The dryer was ran four times and on the fourth cycle did not dry the clothes and ( BROKEN) I proceeded to contact them in regards to the fact that I have had this machine for less than 60 days and it is no longer working. They said that they could not do anything at all not even for an extra price to try and fix the machine that was brought from them.
I left them for Google review and I was reached out by the manager, Jim West. He then said I will fix it at an extra cost. TOP APPLIANCE CAME TO MY HOUSE AND THE DRYER THAT I HAVE HAD FOR EXACTLY 2 MONTHS WAS IN FACT, BROKEN, THE HEATING ELEMENT WAS FAULTY. On a machine, they claim they refurbished. If that alone….. isn’t enough to get you to not buy from this company. Maybe this is!!
After Jim agreeing for an extra charge which ended up being a total of $210 to pick up the dryer fix it and bring it back. The night before They (fixed) dryer was supposed to be dropped off, at 7:30pm at night JIM WEST emailed me stating that they charged me incorrectly? and due to their mistake my dryer would not be dropped off on the schedule time. Seriously !!!!! So at 7:30 at night, I had to pay them again to get the machine dropped off on the time that I scheduled it for and they agreed to and set up.
The dryer worked for exactly 3 cycles.!!!! After paying out $210 to fix it Now I have spent $610 on a dryer that does not dry and I have had it for four months. After they “” fixed” it I had this dryer for 36 days and it stopped working. I reached out to Jim West again. He said he would get back to me. He has not!!!!! which is why I’m leaving this review. I will be going to the Better Business Bureau to report this company as again the equipment they sold me stop working after four months. TWICE !!!! And yes, I understand. I did not buy the warranty initially however, the fact that your dryer stopped working after three cycles is RIDICULOUS!!!!!!And is the reason why no one should buy from you.!

Now 6 months and the refrigerator has been serviced twice and now waiting for another repair. We purchased a CROSLEY French door refrigerator. From the start the freezer drawer sounded like we were dragging a bumper across the pavement when we opened it. It was LOUD!! Now the freezer keeps going out and the motor has been running continuously for the last 3 days. GE can’t get here until the 7th. I don’t know if it will be running by then. I was told by Harold that the “Crosley is just like a GE, if I took off their name and put a GE nameplate on it you wouldn’t be able to tell the difference “ well if GE is this bad I wouldn’t buy GE or Crosley!! This refrigerator is junk!! Very Expensive Junk!! I just lost a few hundred in food thawing out! It’s Friday I have to wait until Wednesday for the repair. Hopefully the thing will keep running! This is what you get when you purchase an off brand product from and off brand appliance store! Buyer Please Beware!!!
To the Owner!! I did purchase the extended warranty from your company. Today 11/09/23 I contacted your warranty company and they told me “the customer cancelled the warranty “. I called and spoke with Albert at your Melbourne location. He found my warranty and said that yes I had purchased them for each appliance. The refrigerator, oven and dishwasher. So this refrigerator that has been nothing but a problem was covered and your company did nothing to help because someone had lost my warranty. Two weeks ago it went into some type of defrost mode for 10 plus hours, I took a video of the freezer all iced over. The freezer warmed to the point that the ice was melting and everything thawed. Stopped by your Merritt Island store and was helped by Chase Davis who showed us a number of different models and styles from several different manufacturers and explained the features of each. Chase was very helpful as we worked to make an informed choice and he went above and beyond to get us scheduled for an early delivery the very next day.
The delivery and installers were Doug and Mike.They showed up exactly as the automated phone system said. They personally called 30 minutes prior to arrival just to be sure that we were aware of the arrival time. Both were courteous and professional and knew exactly what needed to be done to get our new refrigerator into our house, assembled, hooked up, and operating properly.
