Victoria's Secret & PINK — Local services in Merritt Island

Manager name was : Lanita My experienced was less than pleasant at Victoria Secret in the Merritt Isalnd Mall. Now let me share that I’m normally are very pleased with the store’s customer service there until yesterday (4/7/2018) It was early evening, I had to stop in to switch out some underwear’s because it wasn’t the right sizes. I noticed that there was about 5 girls walking around in full black but no one bothered ask me if I needed help; so that was a little unusual. I saw a pair of sweat pants that was an Xsmall and couldn’t find a price so I preceded to find a lady that was wearing all black for help... I asked her, “ excuse me, would you know the price for this sweat pants and her answered to me was,’’ its Regular price!” No, I’m sorry I need to know the price”. Well the tag should be there, she said. We looked together and found the price tag but I could tell she seemed a little rushed interacting with me, so I thought well maybe I’ll find someone else to help me find my size and that maybe they’ll have more in the back. I rarely buys clothings there due to their prices but I still do from times to time if I absolutely love it. Anyhow, I stayed focus with why I was there and preceded to look for underwear that’s more comfy than sexy but it was hard because they do have a lot of things that I do love there. Lol So I found my size, now the next thing I needed to do is find a pattern and style that’s more age appropriate. I went to pick one up from their table and found that they had 3 and 4 of different patterns folded together so for me to really look for one I liked, I would’ve had to take them apart 👎and I did I had no choice... All of a sudden, I heard a hasty voice came from behind me,” what size are you looking for?” I looked up and realized that it was the same lady whom I was talking with earlier about finding the price for the sweatpants that I wanted buy but didn’t go further with it because of the negative energyi felt from her loveliness. Now mind you, she was not smiling as if she was there to help but something else😶 I responded with, “ mediums, and I got what I need. (I was for my 5th picked as I was going for the 5 undies for $28. ) She has now aggressively walked over next to me breathing heavy and mumbling somethings in a matter of-something.... “everything is everywhere. “ I actually wasn’t sure at first what she was exactly saying but could tell that she was unhappy about something. She just seemed incessant, somewhat frantic... there was an unusualness about her. But, because she was standing there right next to me I thought I’d would just ask her to help me find my final print that was on the dummy and when I did she acted liked it was too much but together we did find my print. I I thanked her but as I was turning around to head towards check out, again I hear this voice come at me,” the next time you need to look for what you need, look under here (pointing down to the drawers) don’t look on the top of this table, it messes everything up.” I couldn’t believe my ear... it took me a few seconds to grasped what was happening. Just as I was trying to understand what was happening, I looked up and saw this poor young girl, around the corner of the same tableand in a quiet manner looking up at me and looking through stacks of underwear, looking at her, looking at me and looking very uncomfortable. I don’t like being put in a position where I have to be confrontational towards anyone but at that point, regrettably feeling like maybe I shouldn’t have been there at that store at all!!! When I hear and sees my daughter walking towards me and asked if I was ready to go..... Looking back and with unpleasantness , I spoke up and and asked, “ I’m sorry, did you say that the next time I came and needed to look for print or the right sizes, I shouldn’t be looking on the tables, and that I should be looking down there in these drawers because it messes up your tables? I love victoria secret. I have shopped at this store several times since moving to Florida 8 months ago. I literally just came from the store an hour ago and I did not have that great of an experience. I went with a wallet full of money to purchase a swim top and a tank for this Saturday at the beach and I went to try on the swim suit to make sure it fit before purchasing it. And of course I was purchasing a pink product so I was able to get the $10 light up cup, as I am walking out of the dressing room holding my daughters hand and the two items I went in with, I go passed the rep girls to look for the bin that had the light up cups in it and as I am walking by, I am guessing she's the manager but I pass her and hear her tell one of the rep girls to "keep an eye on me" it really pissed me off. And I understand she has to do her job but I wasn't doing anything I shouldn't have been doing. I was the only person in the store at the time. And I was at the point of turning around and asking her why she said that and literally putting my two items down and walking out, but I needed them for the weekend so I politely turned around and asked her where the light up cups were and went to check out with my items. I then checked out and left. I don't think I'll be back to that store again. If you are going to label everyone that walks into your store as thieves then you don't need to be the manager. And saying it loud enough to where I can hear exactly what you said is beyond rediculous. If she had "suspicion" she should have said it a little more quiet or in private. I think I'll drive to Orlando the next time I need to go to vs. It's sad that I have to feel uncomfortable everytime I walk into my local vs store. Hoping she sees or hears about this because it...

I ordered 34 bottles of Victoria’s Secret online for store pickup. Upon arrival to collect my order, I discovered that I was given different scents that did not match what I had ordered. I’m grateful that I checked before leaving the store. Unfortunately, when I arrived home, I noticed that one of the bottles was not full. I returned to the store, and they thankfully replaced it with a new one. I’ve always enjoyed visiting Victoria’s Secret Merritt Island whenever I have free time, and despite this particular uncomfortable experience, I’m giving them 4 stars.
