As far as the store, it’s everything I could dream of! Lots of beautiful decorations. I love Christmas! My fave! HOWEVER! My experience was quickly ruined the moment I walked in with my oldest son. He loves cardinals and Christmas decor too. He saw a snowglobe with a cardinal in it that he loved and was going to hand it to me to check the price to buy it and the owner or lady that works there immediately ran over and was very strict in telling him he can’t touch things in the store. I’m sorry but I know for sure there weren’t any signs that said “do not touch”. Or none visible enough. When you want to buy i product I grab it and inspect it and make sure the condition is well enough for the price. Am I the only one? I don’t think so! My husband ended up bring my little one in and omg! You could cut the tension with a knife! She was on top of us! My little one saw an ornament that he liked on the tree that he was looking at, he was going to get it and she comes yelling at him “NO NO!” my little one got mad and hit it and it fell. Honestly I wish it had broke. Again, what if he wanted it? We have to check the price! We were gonna buy it anyway but now because of that, you lost some sales for your very much overpriced items. If you don’t want kids in the shop. THEN HAVE A SIGN! If you don’t want people to touch items, HAVE A SIGN! Or how about you break it you buy it signs! Geez! I hope for your sake you change your...

What a wonderful shop! I always look forward to seeing what the lovely owner has added! It is quite obvious she puts so much time, energy and care into making The Village Room perfect.🤩 I get new ideas everytime I go. Consistently greeted with a smile by the owner who is a delight to chat with. Feels like a big warm hug walking in. 🤗 I call it my Happy Place.
