I donāt even have my items in my home yet and Iām already having issues with the customer service line and my local store. I called the customer service line when I was looking online to furnish my new apartment and I will ask specific questions I got answers one was will I need to wait to do my order because I donāt actually move into the 17th so that is the day that I will need all of the items the customer service rep very friendly seemed very knowledgeable. No go ahead and make my order because some of my items wouldnāt will take about two maybe three weeks in order to get to me so I made my order for about six different things which is weird that you have to make a new lease agreement for every item instead of being able to put things in your cart and then do one agreement , thatās not what Iām here for though so I go make the initial payment all of the things Iām looking to see what was pending. What was there at the store all of that on my app that I did download and start an account for and I see that some of the things donāt say pending anymore. I wanna make sure that they havenāt been delivered because I donāt live there. I donāt know who lives there. I donāt know if the apartment is empty what so I call the store which is still supposed to be open for about two hours and I let the phone ring about 10 or 15 minutes twice and nobody answered so I call the one 800 number back and I am told by some very rude , customer service rep named Nelly and which who started yelling and talking over me and all of that kind of stuff to our conversation that all of the items will go to the store in the store to set up a delivery schedule fine in the middle of our conversation, the Aaron store calls me back because they see that they have a missed call and I asked the guy that Aunt that called me the young and whoever he was Iām trying to find out. Make sure that none of my items were delivered. I need to set up a delivery date for the 17th. He tells me that some of my items are coming straight from the warehouse and will be delivered to me. Nobody called me and said anything OK so Iām telling him that I donāt live there yet. I donāt move into the 17th. He says heās gonna give me the warehouse phone number and tell them not to deliver into set up. I told him No , that is not what I do as a customer. This is not what I was told. He says well thatās how it was gonna work and and thatās it so I hang up with him and get back to the customer service rep. Customer service rep is very, very, very rude very rude telling me what isnāt her job and what is telling me that itās not her job to call the warehouse or store to make sure that everything is right I donāt even even have the items in my home yet I donāt even have them and thereās already a problem. When the washer and dryer arrived, they connected it to see if everything worked, and the dryer didn't work. The delivery guy said they'd bring me a new one out. A month passed nothing, I followed up consistently, and no one showed for another 2 weeks. They told me they were going to give me a brand new replacement, they came out and "fixed the dryer" it still didn't work. I called back 3x finally I got irritated, and finally, they sent someone out to smgive me a loaner. The loaner was old and doesn't work as well. I called again, and they said they'll send someone out today, May 28th it's the end of business day, and I called, and the phone was answered and immediately hung up. I'm fed up and have been dealing with this for 7 months now, but they call me every week for a payment that was already received, but never called me to fix this issue I'm dealing with.
