Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Mesquite

My wife and I stopped by to say that they love the hamburgers from this restaurant, but when we arrived very happy we wanted to wash our hands before ordering and Mrs. Maria told us that the bathrooms were for customers only, we were going to wash our hands because we did not feel good eating without washing our hands first, she continued talking to us heavily telling us that she was the manager there and could do whatever she wanted, I respect that, I have no problem, I am a restaurant manager, I will never treat customers badly, I will recommend that she leave that restaurant because I think she does not have good customer service, after we washed our hands we came to order and she did not serve us, the cook came and told us that she will serve us and never arrived like an older person, she should retire, that job is not for her, I think she should take care of her little ones at home, she will give all the customers a career, I do not know why she took that way of treating us if we are educated and we do not go around dressed like We are beggars, . 2-8-25 went through the drive thru at 3:55 pm. sat there for a good 10 minutes before our order was taken and had to repeat it twice and it was still wrong .ordered a regular coke and an unsweet tea. the girl decided we wanted a coke zero and a peach tea and that is even on our receipt as well but it isn't what we ordered. then we were told they don't carry unsweet tea and only and peach tea which is a lie. so we told them give us a regular coke as we had ordered and the coke zero or what we were told was a coke zero. the coke zero was a regular coke as well. The food..... the fries were cold and were not cooked all the way and the egg rolls were over cooked and tasted burned as well. I tried to place 2 seperate orders, they would not allow it. My order total was $52 after combining my orders. 4 combo meals and 3 extra sandwiches. 1st the kid in drivethrough and an older man were openly talking about how large my order was when I was at the drivethrough window. They forgot one of my French Fries, and when I called you thereto inform them of their mistake the guys response was "that's all?"
