NEVER 👎 AGAIN WILL I COME BACK HERE I LITERALLY JUST PICKED MY PHONE UP LAST WEEK & TODAY MY SCREEN HAVE POPPED ALL THE WAY OUT MY PHONE THEY HAVE THE NERVE TO ASK ME DID I DROPPED MY DAMN PHONE THATS THE ONLY WAY THIS WILL HAPPEN IF YOU DROPPED YOUR PHONE THIS WAS MOE RESPONSE

ME: WHY WOULD I DROP MY PHONE AND I JUST PAID YOU GUYS TO FIX IT LAST WEEK TO FIX IT FOR ME THEN THEY GONE SAY WE REALLY CUT YOU A DEAL DEAL ME ASS WHEN I GET A GOOD ASS DEAL JUST TO HAVE MY SCREEN POPPING OUT WITH NO SCRATCHES OR DAMAGES ON THE SCREEN , bUT ANYWAY LONG STORY SHORT I TOLD THEM TODAY WHEN I TOOK MY PHONE BACK UP THERE NO WHAT IT WAS YALL PUT THE WRONG SCREEN ON MY DAMN PHONE AND IT WASNT THE ORIGINAL IPHONE SCREEN THEY RESPONSE AGAIN NO WE PUT THE RIGHT SCREEN Ma’am NO SIR YOU COULDVE PUT THE RIGHT ONE TOOK IT TO A DIFFERENT PHONE REPAIR PLACE AFTER LEAVING THEM TODAY THINKING 🤔 I HAD A 30 DAY WARRANTY LIKE I WAS TOLD WHEN I FIRST CAME TO #MOE’S PHONE REPAIR FOR THE FIRST TIME , ANOTHER PHONE REPAIR PLACED FIXED IT FOR ME WITH NO COST AT ALL AND THEY ENDED UP COMING RIGHT OUT TELLING ME THAT IT WAS THE WRONG SCREEN THEY HAD ON MY PHONE LIKE I SAID THE FIRST TIME TO THEM BUT ANYWAYS GOT MY SCREEN BACK FIXED THE RIGHT WAY FROM ANOTHER PLACE AT NO COST , IM VERY SATISFIED WITH THEY CUSTOMER SERVICE I WILL BE GOING THERE FROM HERE ON OUT INSTEAD OF MOE’S. DONT GO HERE GUYS SAVE YOUR MONEY THEY IS A DAMN...

Was impressed by the 5-star reviews, and decided to repair my iphone 11 screen here. Moe was nice, and he repaired my screen extremely fast, but seemed surprised that I’d come in— I heard him talking on the phone from the back room while he fixed my phone, and definitely heard phrases like, “…yeah, said they came in because of the google reviews… eh screen gets really hot but otherwise fine.” This is about when the regret started to trickle in. When Moe came back out with my phone, I officially wished I’d never come here for a new screen. The color quality is extremely poor; the new screen isn’t flush to the device, gets extremely hot, and goes haywire whenever I try to wireless charge. This screen is also far more delicate, and after a few months is already shattered in several places.

I understand you get what you pay for (it’s true this was an inexpensive repair) but I wish Moe would have been clearer about this not being an Apple-approved part before the installation. That was my first phone repair; I naively assumed all repair shops would be using parts specific and optimal to the device being serviced. At least the people are nice. Anyway, cheers and best of...

got my iphone 11 screen fixed, glitches a lot i literally have to knock on my phone for it to start working again, went back to ask if they could replace it or make sure its on right (still had the warranty) , guy was trying to charge me another $50 for a battery and told me "its not the screen its the battery thats why it does all that", but my phone was working 10000x better before i went here and got it "fixed" lmao ive been having my phone at that battery lifespan (78%) for the longest and nothing ever happened or "over heating" UNTIL i got it fixed there all of a sudden the battery wanna start acting up😂 okay... oh and also that day he said "thats why your phone hot right now" was because i was driving and the sun was beaming on my phone the whole time so yeah it got hot, my phone never over...
