I clearly told them exactly what I wanted to order. I never touched any chips or opened the cooler. I specifically asked for a footlong churro and three cookies—nothing more. When I explained how I wanted my cookies, the employee was very disrespectful. My total came to $14, but when I checked the receipt, I saw I had been overcharged for two bags of chips and two sodas that I never ordered. Then the cashier had the audacity to ask if I wanted to keep the chips and drink. If I wanted them, I would have ordered them in the first place.
When it came time for a refund, the employee, Liz, was clearly unprepared and unprofessional. She tried to give me cash, even though I had paid with a card. I told her I didn’t want cash, but she responded with attitude, as if the mistake wasn’t her fault. To make matters worse, she refused to refund the amount to my card and insisted the refund had to be in cash. Meanwhile, another employee, Heather, kept staring at me uncomfortably, even though I never interacted with her.

When they see that their employees are no longer needed they don’t give them any verbal nor written notice beforehand, they will send them a text message that they are no longer needed. Who does this?!!! The management is terrible. Maria and Willie are unprofessional, rude, and lack people management skills. It seems like they were trained by the store manager Dan, who is also not much better. They never have any adults working there, as they prefer to work morning shifts and leave the kids there unsupervised. I had to intervene to protect my son from a man who was harassing him, and the management did nothing to help. Read moreI’m giving this Subway a poor rating, not due to the food or cleanliness of the restaurant but because of the lack of customer service. I was were not greeted when I walked into the restaurant. I was treated as though I were an inconvenience for the employee. This has happened to me more than one time at the specific subway. I do believe there needs to be some training when you work in customer service. This particular employee threw things around, did not make eye contact and acted like it was inconvenient that I was there to get a sandwich.
