Similar story to Lori's review below. Initially, the plan was great and the care providers are wonderful. I have been paying for the VIP membership for 2+ years. I had an issue where my pellet also developed an abcess with intense bruising for weeks. I did not bring up the issue because it can happen. I decided to stop testosterone treatment after this, which was fine. I continued with semaglutide. However, over the last few months I have been traveling and will be for the next few so I asked about pausing my membership as I have maybe ordered 1 or 2 vials since September of last year, even though I was still paying monthly. They do not have this option but told me they have a 60 day cancellation window. I said that's fine - I told her that I will place one more order before my plan ends in May to get me through the summer and my away travels. No one said anything at this time. I went in to the office today for lab review and mentioned my intention to order one more and then will rejoin when I return to the States end of summer. Claudia said that was fine. The front desk girl (I can't remember her name) went to the back to check with Claudia on my refill request, came out and verified my address and said she would be placing the order - again, no one said anything. She said I would get a call from billing to discuss the cancellation - didn't think anything of it. So now, I get a call from billing saying that in order to get the refill they need to restart my cancellation for another 60 days. Which is crazy because I literally am making my LAST payment TODAY so should be within limits to get a refill based on the VIP membership. Keep in mind, I have only ordered ONE vial since at least December so am due for a refill, and have paid WAY more over the last two years in my monthly fees than what I've received. I was looking forward to re-starting my treatment plan in September when I returned but now will go to a competitor (who also charges $150 less per month and includes more services). I was still charged the monthly fee for February. I also discovered that my appointment to replace my pellets was canceled when I cancelled my membership. I explained to the billing department today that I was moving and understood that I would be responsible for the membership fee for that month but did not understand why my appointment was canceled. I was told I was paying for the pellets from December. I feel like this couldāve been handled better. Iāve now been without hormones since December but have paid 3 months of membership fees for no hormone replacement and an impressive abscess. I think the VIP membership is ambiguous.
