AC quit in105° temps! I was worked in asap! Staff very attentive, as i was in severe distress due to health & heart issues only to be made worse due to the heat! Offered comfortable seating inside the business & provided with cold water. They explained what could be wrong & the best actions to take to fix the prob as well as the prices etc. As i sat in the business i was prevy to the on goings & interactions with others needing thier attention, as well as phone interactions! I heard compassion, empathy, a willingness to work with the clients even offering discounts and some free services due to inconviences re time, money etc that the customer had incurred. They were short staffed that day due to a death in one of thier co-workers family and everyone worked together to fill that gap.The facility was very clean and comfortable. They provide a room with toys & walls of glass so parents can observe thier children happily entertaining themselves, while the parents & staff can deal with what thier cars need to have serviced. I have NEVER witnessed a better place than this one, not even close on any level, especially the staff that i encountered! Friendly and welcoming environment! I will recommend to everyone in need of thier vehicals repaired, serviced etc, which can be a very stressful moment in thier lives to go to LINWOOD's CHEV, CHYRS, JEEP. located in METROPOLIS, IL " HOME OF SUPERMAN" I WILL COME HERE FOR ALL MY VEHICALS NEEDS IN THE FUTURE, AND YOU SHOULD TOO! YOU WONT GO AWAY...

First, Michael knew that the truck we were looking at was spoken for, and had a deposit on it. He took the time to explain that to us, and to let us know that there was still a possibility if we wanted to drive it. He was professional and courteous, and when we expressed our interest, he got our paperwork submitted in a very timely fashion. He told us it would be at least six PM before we knew if the truck was ours, and then he took the extra time to be sure he spoke to us before he left work to share the good news.

The rest of the staff, from the Sales Manager to the Finance Officer, we're equally friendly and helpful. They helped me to get the best rate on a car loan I have ever had, all while making our experience top notch. They were so spot on that the truck even had a fresh oil change and a full tank of gas done THIS MORNING before we came to get it.

Absolutely horrible I will never return Linwood had my van for weeks trying to figure out what was wrong with it, I had to cancel my vacation I finally took my vehicle to a different shop, within an hour they had answers for me. My one directional tires had been mounted the wrong way. This is only one of many bad experiences I have had with them. I bought my van from them so I always felt comfortable with going to them with every problem I had. But if I can give anyone advice just don’t. When I spoke to the service manager about my most recent issue His exact words were “I’m not going to sit here and argue about money, I’m just not. I don’t give a crap” After him telling me I had to pay for them to balance my tires and the diagnostic fee. When I had just got my tires rotated and balanced from their location a week before I put it in the shop. Trying to eliminate certain things before I put it in the shop.
