I placed an order here on 6/29, and received an email on 6/30 that it had shipped. The tracking status showed that a mailing label had been created but USPS hadn’t yet received the item. Here we are two weeks later and USPS still hasn’t received the item, my package was never shipped. I reached out to their customer service via the contact form on their website last week and didn’t get a response. The initial estimated arrival date when I placed the order was 5 business days. I did really want the item I ordered so I will be giving it until the end of the week to see if this terrible boutique finally ships my order, otherwise I will be disputing it on my credit card.

Update: After I posted this review yesterday they did respond to my email. I first want to say that while the item I purchased is currently listed as preorder, it was in stock at the time I ordered it and clearly stated that the estimated delivery date was 5 business days. Anyway, I’ve attached screenshots of my original message and the email response here. SO DISRESPECTFUL!!!! Considering this store sells “high-end” fashion, you’d expect to have better service and not get kicked out because you tried ONE thing and didn’t want to get it hemmed/altered! She could have easily just replied that she could have ordered it for me in my appropriate size or have gotten my contact information to inform me of new arrivals! YET, she told me to hurry and to get out of the fitting room that she had a costumer waiting that would actually “buy something”. So basically don’t walk into this store unless you’re actually going to buy something lol Word of advice: clients not buying is part of working in retail, and as a store you want to give your clients the best experience so they are happy to come back or refer people. This store should have stayed in California with their bad vibes, I’ll stay shopping at intermix who h is right across from it. Thank you :) if I could put zero stars in this...

I'm giving a 1 star because... I came in looking for a particular color dress which I was able to find. I asked for the price and was told it's $300 but when I got charged it came out to $400 + tax . The lady who approached me lied about the pricing.

I don't not recommend shopping here. You're better off going to another boutique store at the brickell mall.

Update: responding to the message... I am aware of sales tax. You said the dress was $300 + sales tax and there was no price tag on the dress. That's why I asked for the price. Now you are lying about the price tag? ... you guys push way to hard to make a sale. You even try to push me to buy shoes after I said no twice. I just wanted to shop in peace.
