I use to be a huge promoter for CB2 but they can't seem to pull it together in the new covid world. Almost everything I have purchased from my place has been from CB2. I love the aesthetic. But the customer service I have received for the past couple of months has been a complete let down. I ordered a painting 2 months ago. The delivery date kept getting pushed back and pushed back and they never notified me. Everyone that I have talked to has just been in a rush to get me off the phone or out of the store without helping me resolve me issues. Everyone keeps telling me something different. People say they will follow up and never get back to me. I am understanding that we are in a difficult times but this should not be so hard and complicated. The painting has finally arrived at the distribution center but I can't schedule delivery for another month. Phone support told me I could call the distribution center to pick up, then they tell me I can't and the associates in the store are in such a rush they can't take 5 minutes to help me see if I can have it sent there. It's a simple painting who would think it would be so hard. I hope for them they can figure it out because they are going to loose a lot of loyal customers.    Read moreAfter not going to the store for over a year, I checked thru the window if some of those really bad employees were there and surprisingly they were gone. A really nice cheerful Brazilian lady - Lilia - I think was her name, first welcomed me with a smile and then helped me out and sold me a piece of furniture that I needed and she suggested I stay in touch in case anything goes on sale and she sold me another piece of furniture over chat the next day. Amazing service. Some of the people in the past would tell me to go away and come back and make an appointment or would tell me they were busy. I had decided to reduce my order from 50.000 dollars to just 10k and I placed it online to avoid them last time because of this bad behavior. This time, also, there is a really proactive and cool manager Erin. Somehow there is some positive energy in this store now. There were a few more people who blocked my delivery guy today who went to pick up my order, and one more terrible person who told me âI was not allowed to leave the furniture for too many daysâ and some other negative things when I went to make a payment for the piece sold to me over chat. I hope those peopleâs negative energy will be swept out by the positive energy of YemanjĂĄ out into the ocean to be cleansed. May the breeze of the ocean...

I have purchased alot of items for my home and have called more than 30 times to get status of an item, check for availability, add, remove items from my orders, etc. I have been helped by most of the staff that works here. JC is wonderful and helped me most with my initial order and even cancellation of a previous order. Tilletha helped me with ideas for redesigning my living room and dining room, Federica and Keiana have helped me multiple times over the phone and scheduling delivery. Even in times of my frustration with shipping delays that are not in their control, they have always kept their grace and have been very professional and courteous. Every-time you walk in, the design is new, fresh and fab! They always give you a few minutes to yourself before asking if you need assistance which I love.
