WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE, we place an order on friday and we made a mistake on the shipping address, so we called same day to cancel the order or modify the address, friday was closed so we call on saturday, was not shipped yet and they say to us that we need to wait to be shipped so the can re route the package to the right address, cant cancel, cant modify, so today sunday we have an email saying that the order was shipped, the tracking shows that the label was only created but not shipped, so the order for sure is in their warehouse, but customer service said to us that is shipped by usps so cant do nothing to change the address, i need to try to found my package in the wrong address, also talked with SHANA, the supervisor, and they dont want to work or their system is very deffective, i cant believe how they lie, they say wrong things and they...

Unfortunately tonight was my last trip to this Urban Outfitters. While there was a very kind staff member who helped my son get a mask, thank you! The manager of the store was unable to assist when the sole checkout clerk struggled for over 10 minutes attempting to checkout a couple who’s credit card continued to be declined. As I waited with my children I noticed the manager chatting to another employee in the front of the store so I politely asked if he could assist us with our purchase, he proceeded to inspect the struggling clerk whom he did not try to help and told me “just wait”.
