Really love the food at the Spris Lincoln Rd and Midtown locations such as the Dello chef salad with shrimp, Pesto pizza, and caprichosa pizza.

I came back after one year and was surprised to find a new manager who is very kind and helpful. The pizza is always the best in Miami Beach. Abner is an excellent chef when making the Genovese pizza and the Mista salad is also delicious along with the San Benedetto Lemon Ice Tea, made in Italy. I will definitely return next time I pass by Lincoln Road.

My experience back in 2023 I didn’t like the customer service at Lincoln Rd location in particular with a specific blond-haired server. He tends to have attitude and once told me to not come to this location anymore. He should be taught to be courteous. For example, I accidentally spilled a wine glass and asked my server Julian, who is always so kind and helpful, if I could have a new glass of wine and the blond haired waiter said, “No since she spilled it.” However, Julian did replace the wine. Moreover, at the Lincoln Rd location, servers take long like 7-10 minutes to acknowledge your presence. I believe the rude service by that specific waiter and long wait time should be addressed and corrected.
