So this was a last minute replacement for my vrbo that was cancelled. I have a mixed review. The bed is comfortable enough with nice bedding, the bathroom has big beautiful tiled shower and the towels are soft. There is a small TV on the wall (not really a TV watcher) and a desk and chair. The kitchenette has sink, mini fridge, micro, coffee pot w provided coffee, 2 glasses, 2 mugs, paper plates and towels. All of these are very clean. You can get daily housekeeping by putting a card on the doorknob before noon. There is a very small pool and a nice sitting area outside next to the pool with comfortable patio furniture. Some boogie boards and beach chairs in poor condition available to borrow. My big issues are: The couch and chair in my room are just filthy. I won't sit on or put anything on either one so I'm stuck sitting only on the bed all week (or the patio outside which has clean couches). Both should have been thoroughly steam cleaned or replaced long ago. Pedro from the office helped me get a rental car after mine fell through, which was kind of him. He also helped facilitate the car being returned when I was uncomfortable with a 3am return in an unfamiliar part of town before my early flight. It's a little noisy from traffic, but I sleep w a Bluetooth eye mask and my sleeping music covered the night traffic noise. My biggest problem is there is NO parking at this hotel and so I had to hunt around a residential neighborhood blocks away to park the aforementioned rental and walk back. It's a royal pain and feels less than safe as a woman alone. I would either uber everywhere or use the shuttle service if I had to do it again honestly. So to sum up, it is a decent place to stay overall but not posh. I probably wouldn't stay again because the dirty seating really turns me off, but if you just needed a place to sleep and shower it would work and is a very reasonable cost for Miami Beach and 2 blocks from the beach itself. Updating to say I asked for a slow drain to be looked at during my stay and when I returned from my day my room was entirely unlocked. Have inventoried my belongings and nothing seems missing but again, traveling alone safety is a priority and definitely did not feel safe when that happened.

WARNING ⚠️: Nasty rooms in need of repair/renovation and disorganized management. I do not normally review places, but this one is particularly terrible. We were initially shown into a room at their other location (M Boutique) that reeked of chemicals, which a cleaning staff was still in when we walked through the door despite being well past normal check in time, and a window ac with nothing covering the gap above it. Without us saying a word, they decided to transfer us to a different room at this location (New Hotel), which was nice of them. However, the new room was disgusting with a leaking fridge, leaking shower, and toilet that wouldn't flush. I discovered the toilet issue the hard way, having to use a plunger for several minutes just to make it slowly go down. It still didn't flush even after. The tiles in the bathroom are cracked all over and almost certainly have mold growing between. And the room was overall just not very clean. We did not want to stay the 2nd night of our booking, opting to find somewhere that functions instead. They initially agreed to refund half of the amount. However, when talking through Travelocity, the same people told Travelocity to only refund us a number much less than half because "they can't refund the cleaning fee they already paid for". We are now disputing through Travelocity.

This small, older hotel was the perfect base for exploring Miami Beach. It's in North Beach (i.e. way quieter than South Beach), and a free trolly into South Beach stops nearby. Joyce was very communicative and helpful. The room was a little dated but also large, secure, and clean and had everything we needed. The cool courtyard is full of comfy furniture in the shade and even includes a small pool. Definitely the right combination of convenience, price, and features for us. Oh, there is no elevator to the second floor rooms, in case that's important to you.

READ ALL THE WAY THROUGH. *Just peel back the wallpaper or check the a/c ROTTED WALLS AND BLACK MOLD EXCESSIVELY COVERING ALL OF THE PROPERTY Allegedly the business partner of “said owner” GiGi (not so appealing looking African american female around age of 47) sells crack cocaine out of this property and the “other location” The Boutique Hotel, ask yourself why would she have three crack dealers in and out of her hotels that are “homeless” - because she is trafficking the drugs and that is why the local homeless dudes are selling her crack-cocaine- aside from that child protective services needs to be called to the hotels —- She has her underage children in various rooms who are in and out all night and often have foul mouths. She is on a tracking device due to court cases, so she has her kids all up in the hotels unattended. Im not certain if this is deed fraud or if the alleged owners steal properties that are abandoned and put the deed in a LLC name or if they are guilty of federal fraud for falsely reporting information 100% guilty of tax evasion That is why they suggest to pay cash however, each time you pay cash the idiot pedro cannot coherently tend to QUICKBOOKS so he claims that the balance you pay is the balance you owe because his incompetence to run a business and understand a billing statement on quickbooks is apparent! Once he is no longer able to fraud you out of money he disappears. They seem to be using these previously abandoned properties to apply for grants/loans because the deed is not in the name of either alleged owner and they seem to be confident gigi can do as she pleases violating state and federal laws while out on house arrest allowing her underage children to roam freely in hotels as she traffics the crack out of local “businesses” - (not for long) During my stay I ended up paying 2600 monthly but each month he claimed we owed the exact amount of days (hence he is not able to correctly read a statement to determine what is balance due or balance paid) the city had came by and shut the water off due to non-payment 3x during my stay. 3700 BILL UNPAID. THE ENTIRE HOTEL IS UNSANITARY. IT COULD NOT HAVE PASSED AN INSPECTION- take a look yourself THERE IS JUST BACKSPLASH COVERING THE DISGUSTINGNESS OF THIS HOTEL- smells, constant leaking water to the point you have to run a dehumidifier - holes are in the walls all over The electrical is unsafe * the city should have shut down the business however, they are committed to their fraud scheme or imposting this as a “bar” outside. But that did not last long being that the idiot pedro who wears the same shirt daily and walks around with holes in the bottom of his shoes cant read quickbooks and alleged the staff of the bar owed him 5000 for a water bill and yet they had only had their bad open less than a month! This guy is certain that everyone owes him something. Probably because he is so strung out on the crack his fraud partner is dealing, cause that would explain the lack of his self care. I mean he makes cash daily and monthly on the side- so lets see - he evades the taxes on each property and when you threaten him with the FBI he changes the registration of the business to another LLC because he is guilty of evading taxes on a minimum of 10,000 each month he has the 4 people in rooms paying 70/86$ daily (2600/2800 monthly$)

Anyway, these are facts people. Not feelings. FACTS I HAVE VIDEOS TO PROVE IT ALL The sockets actually caught fire due to water leaking inside of them and began smoking in the bathroom as that is right next to the shower in unit 1 and unit 2

Also, check the smoke detectors before you go to sleep. Pedro is a predator and along with the televisions that he uses to SPY AND EASE Drop on women, ALSO HAVE EVIDENCE JUST CHECK YOUR LAPTOP CLICK WINDOWS LOGO PLUS XM THEN DEVICE MANSGER AND GOVTO THE TOP TO SHOW HIDDEN DEVICES GUESS WHO IS THERE? None other than PEDROS TVS AND SMOKE DETECTORS HOW DOES HE DO THIS??? Well, by you signing into his wifi and obtaining the ability to remotely access...

Stayed at this pleasant little hotel in the north area of Miami Beach for 4 nights recently. Emailed in advance that we would be checking in after 9:00 pm and our key was waiting for us in a lockbox, which were able to access by calling the phone number at the front gate for the code. Our room was ||clean and had everything we needed, including a small kitchenette (coffee maker, sink, microwave and small fridge), big closet with safe, wall unit AC that kept the room cool and ||a clean bathroom. ||||Additionally, the hotel has beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach towels and a couple coolers to borrow for the beach, which was a huge help! ||||Hotel was quiet all 4 nights of our stay, although it appeared to be fully booked. Staff was very helpful when we needed a couple things. There is a shaded outdoor patio with plenty of seating, large palm trees, a pool and twinkling lights. Nice place to sit for morning coffee or in the evening. The neighborhood was fairly quiet at night, although we did hear some traffic and police sirens overnight on the weekend.||||The location is just fantastic! 2 short blocks to the beach, literally a 5 minute walk. Surrounded by great Cuban and Latin American restaurants and bakeries, a new Roman style pizzeria, burger/shake place, Middle Eastern restaurant with nice outdoor patio right in front of the beach, two pharmacies, etc. ||||We Ubered to a couple dinners in South Beach, mid beach and to the farmer’s market in Surfside. No problem getting Ubers. There is a free shuttle that runs to the north beach area, but it stops running around 11 pm so that did not work for us.||||I am so glad we found this hotel! Our only free time to visit coincided with a major Spring Break weekend and hotel prices were high. This sweet little hotel was affordable and in a perfect location for the beach. It also is far enough from the South Beach Spring Break craziness for a peaceful vacation. If you are looking simple and clean accommodation to enjoy beach time, you will...
