The park is good, but my rating goes to the office staff who takes care of everything regarding the park, especially for birthday parties. The staff is very unprofessional, they do not show any interest in helping the client who is renting the park, in my particular case I rented it for a birthday, they totally refused to give me electricity, supposedly because the contract said that we did not have access to the park. electrical outlet, which was not true. We wanted early access for the organization and they told us no because if it was rented at 12, they would give us access at 11:30. They made my guests feel very uncomfortable since it was my responsibility to start removing my guests. I share my experience so that mothers like me who are close to the park do not think about renting the park to celebrate their children's birthdays, all due to the lack of respect for the customer and the rudeness of the staff. Not to mention all the setbacks to be able to put up an inflatable for the...
