My phone was stolen while traveling internationally. I had my husband go the store to get a new phone. the first time the manager refused to help me even though i explained my phone was stolen and i could not validate the phone number by sending a pin to the phone. common sense. then i had to spend 50 min on the phone with customer service because he said he could not call customer service. Att customer service said that i my husband is authorized on the account and that to tell them when he goes to the store that because my phone was STOLEN they could not validate it and to follow the procedure and call customer service. The manager Cecil proceeded to then argue with me while i'm at airport trying to get home. 0 customer service, he is the sole reason i am cancelling my service with att that i have had since 1996. I asked to have my stuff ready so when i fly back to the country i could pick it up in perosn. HE REFUSED!
