Peel Soft Serve — Restaurant in Miami Shores

If I could give this place zero stars I would. My friend and I were extremely excited to try this new, “healthy” place, we saw it on TikTok and came with good attitudes, which were quickly diminished. To start, the prices are extremely outrageous. I understand this is Miami but $11 for a banana “Ice cream” I can make at home is diabolical. Regardless, we bought the peanut butter one. Nasty. That is the only word I would use to describe. It was extremely dissatisfying, and we couldn’t even finish it. I am a health freak, and I couldn’t bear the taste of it. The “toppings” were sprinkled on there, and the cacao nibs felt like I was eating rocks. On top of this horrible experience and taste if left in my mouth, I had a horrible bodily experience. I made me so extremely nauseous, and I felt like I was about to throw up. I knew this wasn’t only me, because my friend felt the same way. This place is my dream. It was clean inside and had super cute art in the window. We were immediately greeted by the sweet girl upfront and offered samples of all the flavors. You don’t often see places like this one, no added sugar and pure ingredients! There were 3 flavors, passion fruit, banana and chocolate. They have multiple different sizes and a variety of different bowls you can order. You’re also able to fully customize yours! The chocolate sauce and granola were super yummy. I highly recommend swirling the banana and chocolate. The bases are smooth and creamy, just like regular frozen yogurt but with way better ingredients and in my opinion taste as well. Peel soft serve has been an exceptional addition to the neighborhood. Not only does it satisfy my sweet tooth in a healthy way, but it's also a hit with my dog as he absolutely loves it!

The fact that it's made from just bananas and coconut milk, with no added sugars, is truly impressive. My entire family and friends have become addicted to the delicious flavors and weekly specials making it a guilt-free treat that everyone can enjoy all together.
