Me and my wife had the Worst experience ever. We went to buy some fruits awaiting our flight biarding . The attendant francis has very poor communication and customer skills. We requested forks to eat the fruits( all are cut fruits that can not be eaten without forks). She gaves us utensils and claimed that they are forks. On our way outside the stores we checked them and were spoons. We came back and spoke to her, she laughed in sarcastic way and mentioned that they have no forks. We told her that we want to return the fruit item, she claimed that she has to talk to the supervisor. The supervisor came and returned the item after we explained the situation . He was non apologetic and did not say anything. He just spoke with her in spanish language which we did not understand. This place need training in...
