Clubhouse One — Restaurant in Florida

First of all, let me say we had a wonderful lunch on 10/26 and was looking forward to a nice breakfast on 11/3. We were seated in the back and a very loud group were seated behind us. Yes, they seemed happy (maybe a bit tipsy) for 9:45 am but they were yelling.. At our table, we couldn't even talk to each other as it was so loud. I was getting a migraine by that time! We asked them to please be a little quieter, but they didn't (probably couldn't hear us). By the third time, we were extremely frustrated and asked to change tables. The waitress was so busy visiting and interacting with the loud table that she ignored us, so we moved ourselves to an empty table.

The waitress came over to our new table and chewed us out for moving. She said that the loud table was happy to be on vacation (we were on vacation too). My order was also incorrect and she said that I should just eat what I wanted and leave the rest!!!! Why should I pay for something I DID NOT order? She did not adjust the bill and when I noted that my order was wrong; she scolded me about writing on the ticket.

Needless to say, we felt very ignored. We paid for the food that she had charged us, but not for what we ordered which would have been less and we left. It was the most unpleasant dining experience I had ever had. So much for the satisfied customer at...

This was the most terrible dining experience I have ever had. I had a mimosa and after that ordered a breakfast mojito. The bartender (who was more interested in socializing with his coworkers than tending the bar) told me that if I got a double it would be cheaper. This was surprising so I asked for clarification and he assured me it was cheaper. So I got the double. Then I received my bacon, egg and cheese sandwich and was totally sickened by what was on my plate. The cheese was MOLDY. VERY moldy. I told the manager because the bartender was nowhere to be found. He said they would make me a new one but I was so disgusted that I didn't want anything from this restaurant. He apologized and said he would take the sandwich and mimosa off my bill. When I got my check, I saw that the mojito was more expensive than what I had been led to believe. They had also added 18% gratuity. I called them out on it and the bartender had the nerve to argue with me when he was wrong. I got the price of the mojito reduced and the tip removed (this is the first time in my life I left ZERO tip). I can't believe they didn't void the entire check. This place is disgusting and dishonest and I hope no one dines here. It should...

This is where I legitimately ate the worst food I have ever eaten in my life. My expectations were already low because it is an airport. After a long vacation with a bad diet, decided to order a Caesar salad with chicken. It arrived and looked atrocious. Then I tried it thinking it couldn’t possibly be that bad. I think they rinsed the salad and didn’t drain it. There was very little dressing on it and the remaining water watered it down. It had absolutely zero flavor. Then comes the chicken. When you order grilled chicken in a salad you expect it to be flavorful or seasoned in some manner. Nope. They literally took a filleted chicken breast, threw it in the over for far far too long and then threw it on top of the salad without cutting it into pieces. It had no flavor, was as dry as sawdust, and tough to chew. I had to douse the whole thing in salt and pepper and that didn’t even come close to saving this atrocity. Being still hungry and dissatisfied, I then gave up on my healthy diet and ordered fries because I thought that was something you couldn’t really mess up and I was right, they were not half bad.
