The Smoking Octopus — Local services in Miami Township

I had a nice experience in the shop, friendly service and nice selection. However I feel the need to emphasize nothing is returnable. I spent $100 of my Christmas money on a nice water pipe, when I filled it with water just hours later that day there was a tiny hole and water leaks out. just an imperfection whoever made it. Examine products carefully. I’m not saying they’re all like this- but not sure if they test them. Maybe I should have asked if I could fill it up there. The point being, they will uphold their no return policy. I’m all for supporting small businesses but this experience makes me want to order from the actual brand next time. EDIT: Response to the owner: I was never offered store credit, I would have taken it in a heartbeat. That is why I called day-of the purchase. You never offered to look at it, only said you were not responsible. I was very understanding of your policy, I only wish to emphasize it here. My cousin witnessed the conversation, please don't lie. You told me I could tape it and there was nothing else you could do. Also you double wrapped it for me at the shop. Best to leave it at that and move on- wishing you all...

I am very disappointed in the Smoking Octopus. If having two large goldfish in a 10 gallon tank wasn’t bad enough, they’ve decided to get three OSCARS and put them in a 3 gallon tank. They are breathing in their own feces and all 3 have ick. It makes me sick to watch and I will not be back. I will take your oscars if you are looking to get rid of them. Smoking Octopus was such a great experience. They have a small selection of absolutely everything you would need to smoke. They're glassware is pretty and decently priced. The architecture of the building itself is gorgeous!! They have these awesome GIANT Hookahs that are beautiful! The lady at the shop was pretty knowledgeable and nice. I have no complaints about this...
