Spent $27K on doors from 4141 Design, poor follow up, no responses, all excuses, very poor service. Company responds to voicemails and text messages days, weeks later (or not at all),. I strongly advise that if you are looking to work with 4141 Designs that you do not pay 100% in advance, only pay on delivery and after installation. They will be very available and willing to take payment, but once it is time to deliver, they are nowhere to be found.
