SCAMMERS. Unprofessional staff. Horrible attitudes from the get go. Bad communication as well. I never got any rental confirmation, not even an “ok”. They also claim their return policies are clearly stated when they are nowhere to be found. They neglect to share their closing times and return policies during the whole process.
