I've been doing my hair myself for 15 years. And never have I bought a 40 developer for the bleach and it acts like a 20 on my dyed hair taking practically no clour out so that I'll have to redo it.

Update: I specifically asked if they had purple. They pulled out a cream dye that I again specifically asked if it would turn my hair the colour I wanted. They said yes so I made the purchase because it was permanent not the semi permanent I typically use.

Obviously frustrated with the earlier fiasco after leaving it in for over an hour it was at the colour I like when I bleach my hair fir depth instead of a flat colour. I go to because they said it would implied by itself colour the shade I wanted, began to do so. Stupid me never using the product before. I looked it up and had to add colour so broke out leftover from June when last did my hair and it turned blue. Lol I'm marginally furious over this hoping to have my hair done tomorrow to flat iron it after the colour had set overnight. Now I have to go out again tomorrow to get the proper colour. BIG RIPOFF!!! Poor customer service!!!! They need to put their return policy bigger! This beauty supply wont honor any exchanges even if they price gouged you. I bought an item from them yesterday for 28 bucks went to Sally’s today and the exact item was $13 . I asked the manager if I could exchange it for something else that cost even more money they said absolutely no exceptions. And to think I was driving from Fort Lauderdale to Little Havana definitely wasn’t worth it just to be ripped off...
