CasaHiFi was amazing. I went in to listen to some Focal headphones and was greeted by Leo who already had a rig setup from when I called inquiring. I was able to listen to the headphones endlessly, which were hooked up to an iPad with tidal, through a Umiti receiver. I was very intrigued, however, by the imposing Focal Grande Utopias and Leo very graciously said "no problem at all!" We listened to them with some of my favorite songs and were blown away by the sound. He then gave us a tour of the rest of the store, including the amazing movie theater, which sounded better than most actual movie theaters I've been to, while also looking better. I do not recommend this company. I have been trying to contact them for several months to get quotes for roller shades. They visited my apartment to take measurements but then decided that my project was too small for them to proceed. I offered to have them undertake the complete project we discussed, but I need the quote to move forward. They informed me that they would charge a fee to take measurements again. It has been very difficult to reach them, and they rarely respond to my messages, which is not how a serious company...

Rare would a 5 Star rating be given. However, I empathically endorse my experience with the entire staff but specifically with Antonio who is a partner. The professionalism, time and overall interaction was above and beyond ANYTHING you will experience from any local boutique dealer in South Florida and forget about big box retailers of which I normally know more about their products than they do!
