Embarking and disembarking was a breeze download the app and the rest is easy. However, Celebrity Summit ship quality of service fell short. Here’s the good, the bad, and the ugly! -the ship is smaller and old, a bit run down in much need of maintenance 🫤👎 -our cabin 7014 bathroom door is very difficult to open and close 🫤👎 -Cosmopolitan (main dining restaurant) we tried different dishes and servers but we were not impressed. Servers need better table manners our lobsters were cold on lobster night. Matron d’ had the audacity to want to charge for a new lobster! By the way he only replaced mine, and not my fiancé’s. Shame on him!! 😠Cosmopolitan pride themselves on upscale design and innovative cuisine. That’s far from the truth! 😞👎 -Oceanview Cafe Buffett just meh for cruise ship dining. 🫤Although we are not fans of buffet food some days they had better food choices than the main dining restaurants except for breakfast. DO NOT EAT the precooked scrambled eggs they are powdery, watery and nasty! 🤮 You’re better off ordering an omelette or eggs your way, but prepare to wait! -croissant and bread station was good, they were freshly baked 😋👍 -pizza station was not bad 😊👍 -desserts on deck 5 were deceiving they were not as good as they looked (see images) 🫤👎 -Rendezvous and Sky lounges were nice, spots for drinks. 😊👍 -spa masseuse injured one of my knuckles in my hand, knuckle remained swollen, sensitive and painful over one week later! Makes me wonder if they are licensed and/or certified to perform massages. I do not trust or recommend them! 😠👎 -theater saw a show, and it was nice 😊👍 -solo guitarist played nightly, we hoped they’d have more choices 😞👎 -comedian was funny 😃👍 -Bahamas stop we explored it on our own and it wasn’t bad 😊 -Cozumel attraction was great! We drove a Jimmy Jeep (they have A/C) to Stingrays city, snorkeled, Jade Caverns, and Playa Mia 😃👍 -drink package is not worth buying in my opinion you’d have to have a minimum of 3 drinks daily, and don’t forget you don’t spend full days on the ship the first and last days and if you go on an excursion you’ll be away from ship approximately 6 hours, basically you’re spending money on drinks you won’t be getting. 👎 -silent disco night was fun 😃👍 MOST IMPORTANTLY New Year’s “Chic Night” people were dressed up, and some women wore long evening gowns…no professional photographer was scheduled. Yet for Jan 1, and Jan 2 there were two offers: “Holiday Pop-up Photo Shoot” at 5:00 and “Green Screen Holiday Photo Shoot” at 5:30 when people are lounging and not dressed up. What’s up with that?! 😠Very disappointing! We have taken many cruises, but this is the first cruise we don’t have professional photos. 😞👎 This was our first cruise with Celebrity and we did not get the expected level for the price. 👎

Celebrity Cruise Terminal G in Miami. The check-in process was impressively smooth and efficient. From the moment I arrived, the staff guided me through the necessary steps with clarity and professionalism, ensuring that I was swiftly on my way to embark on my cruise. However, I must admit that the drop-off and pick-up experience was a tad hectic. The congestion around the terminal during these times led to some confusion and delays. Despite the slight chaos, the staff remained attentive and did their best to manage the situation. Overall, my experience at Celebrity Cruise Terminal G was positive. The seamless check-in process set the tone for a fantastic journey ahead. Although the drop-off and pick-up moments were a bit frenzied, the dedicated staff mitigated the inconvenience. With this in mind, I would rate my experience 4 stars.

Great cruise to Nassau & Cosumel. We really enjoyed how diverse the food was. The event coordinators Ferdie and Max made the trip fun every day. Not a lot of kid activities. We enjoyed the football games on the movie screen. Fantastic staff on every deck. Thank you for a very enjoyable first cruise!!!

Nightmare!! The terminal is G & the closest parking is back at E. There are signs indicating a shuttle comes but we never saw one & finally walked the 2 terminals down with all our bags! The baggage area is total chaos & the bags are left unattended all the way to the edge of the curb providing easy access for anyone walking or even driving by. Once inside the herding & corralling begins. Bring a book!! After the cruise, getting luggage off the carousels is another nightmare... again, bring a book!! Again, no shuttle so we had to carry everything to the car. Half the lot is blocked off with concrete barrier walls so the exit signs don't actually point to the exit. Only one autopay box was working & it was the only way to pay. The box does NOT accept cash!! I hope I never have to return to the Celebrity...
