A Memorable Brunch Day at Miami’s Finest Spot La industria Bakery. Last weekend, my friends and I had the pleasure of visiting one of Miami’s top brunch spots, and the experience was truly exceptional. Located in the heart of the city, this restaurant seamlessly blends a relaxed atmosphere with exquisite cuisine, making it a perfect choice for a lazy Sunday brunch. Upon entering the restaurant, we were immediately greeted by friendly staff who guided us to our table with warmth and enthusiasm. The interior decor had a trendy yet cozy vibe, with plenty of natural light streaming through large windows. The ambiance was vibrant, and the chatter of happy diners created a lively atmosphere. The brunch menu was a delightful fusion of classic favorites and inventive dishes. From the moment we perused the extensive offerings, we knew we were in for a treat. Our server was knowledgeable and guided us through the menu, helping us select dishes that suited our preferences. To start our brunch adventure, we ordered a round of freshly squeezed juices and a selection of house-made pastries. The juices were bursting with flavor, and the pastries were impeccably baked. For the main course, we indulged in a variety of dishes that showcased the culinary expertise of the chefs. The boricua burger were a true highlight, perfectly cook angus beef meat resting on a bed of freshly bake bread , smothered in a velvety in house sauce. The avocado toast, topped with heirloom tomatoes and a drizzle of balsamic reduction, was a refreshing and satisfying option. We also couldn’t resist trying the chef’s special omelette of the day, which was packed with flavorful ingredients and cooked to perfection. The portions were generous, ensuring that we left the restaurant feeling happily satiated. Throughout our meal, the attentive staff regularly checked in on us, ensuring that our dining experience was exceptional from start to finish. What truly sets this brunch spot apart is its commitment to sourcing fresh, high-quality ingredients. The flavors were vibrant, and every bite showcased the care and passion that went into each dish. It was evident that the culinary team embraced creativity while staying true to the essence of traditional brunch favorites. As we concluded our meal, we couldn’t resist indulging in some sweet treats from the dessert. We tried the tiramisu and Oreo pancakes 🥞. In addition to the outstanding food, the service we received was exceptional. The staff was attentive, friendly, and displayed an evident passion for their craft. They made us feel like valued guests throughout our visit, and their attention to detail elevated the entire dining experience. Overall, our brunch experience at this Miami gem surpassed all expectations. The delicious food, inviting ambiance, and impeccable service left an indelible mark on our weekend. Whether you’re a local or a visitor to Miami, this brunch spot should be at the top of your list. It’s an oasis of culinary delight, where every bite takes you on a journey of taste and texture. We can’t wait to return and explore more of their delectable creations.

The food was great, portion sizes are on the bigger side, so go hungry. Special pancakes were delicious and not overly sweet. Make reservations if you can as the dining space isn’t big and there’s usually a line of people waiting. Two things I didn’t enjoy about La Industria - 1. Upon being seated we were told the water bottles on the table were $3.99 each which seems ridiculous to me. I’ve never paid for water at a sit down restaurant before. We asked for water that wasn’t bottled and we received two cups of ice (there were 4 of us at the table..). We sucked it up and opened a bottle of water. AT THE END OF OUR MEAL, when the plates were cleared, a waitress came over with a pitcher of water -.- we still only had two cups on the table. 2. I didn’t find our waitress to be attentive. She attended the table next to us several times before even taking our order. On top of that it was my husbands birthday, so my mom asked her if there was anything they did to celebrate birthdays and her response was “we don’t do anything for free.” We weren’t expecting anything for free but rather wanted to know if they did anything at all and what our options would be. Lastly, I found the menu to be pricey for what it was. Which isn’t an issue, I don’t mind paying for a good experience. However we didn’t get that here. Again the food was great but I didn’t enjoy my time there. Oh, and the furniture was dirty :(

Expectations vs reality. I came in to the restaurant because of the high rating, was pleased with the menu and all day served breakfast. I did have to draw server’s attention because I wasn’t acknowledged for some time since I sat down. When I ordered mofongo with angus, the server brought me plastic fork and knife. I said that I don’t eat with plastic and asked for the normal silverware. The server explained that they served plastic because I’m sitting outside, but still brought real silverware out. I did order coffee, which was brought in the plastic cup as well. My expectations were different, because I saw the pictures from the restaurant with coffee served in mugs and I do love my cappuccino in a mug. I was again told that it’s because I’m sitting outside and they don’t have a dishwasher. But when I was served the main dish in a to-go plastic box, I was totally frustrated. so, apparently, the restaurant is open only on Monday, and because it was Saturday they served only plastic in the café. I just wish I was explained properly what kind of service I would get before I sat down. I enjoy my meal looking as good as it tastes, that’s why I go to beautiful restaurants to experience nicely served food, and tasting great. I did ask for a manager, and the manager finally explained all the peculiarities to me. They did replace all my food onto the plate and made it look a bit closer to the picture on the menu which I appreciated. They also don’t have a restroom on premises when the restaurant is closed, you would need to go a block down to use the restroom. And since I spoke to the manager, no one ever came up to me. Nobody asked me if I needed anything, any more water, asking how I liked the food. I was totally ignored. I had to call the waiter myself when I was ready for a check. I have to say that the Mofongo with beef was delicious, I just wish the service would be as good as the food and I’m very frustrated that I didn’t have a good experience just because of plastic service. I am pretty sure if I came back to dine in the restaurant, I would be much more pleased. Also, I have no idea how they would expect me to eat that beef with plastic fork and knife, I could hardly cut it with the regular knife.

This place is very beautiful inside and out. I love the old and the new ones that are in the restaurant. Had a very eclectic feel, staff are pretty nice but the food is totally not worth the price that they were charging. I got the French toast, but I had no cinnamon or nutmeg on the brioche bread. The bread was really dry, and all they did was just put butter on it and toast both sides. It had no flavor. They didn't offer me any butter, and if it was not for the syrup, the bread would definitely get stuck in my throat. But of course you can get different kinds of French toast, they have many flavors from Oreo, to Nutella, to strawberry and many more that you and the kids will love. I also got bacon, which I did not enjoy it was very greasy, and it seemed like it was cooking no love because the bacon was stuck together, and when I peeled it apart, some pieces were still uncooked. The eggs are I'm guessing cooked Cuban style with chopped ham which I was not expecting the eggs had no flavor no salt no pepper, so the eggs are very Bland. Also had Nutella pancakes, which again were very dry. So I will not be coming back here for breakfast. Maybe dinner is different, but it was definitely not worth the money that I paid out. So make sure if you want breakfast you can come here but you definitely will pay a hefty price. Also make sure you ask for regular water because they do have a bottle on the table that is $3 but they never mentioned that you can get regular water for free, so make sure you ask about the regular water instead of paying for it unless you want to. Outside of the restaurant there's a bakery as well where they bake cakes they have bread, empanadas and much more that you can get from this Bakery so I definitely suggest you to stop by and check it out.

I have say that i put a lot of though into this review. I wanted to be fair and non bias. Even thou i love Nicki Jam. Food was delicious. Very presentable, like out of a movie. the staff was great. I had Daniela whom was very helpful. I had never been to La industria bakery and right away she gave us a history/culture/origen of the food. She even assisted in ordering and gave great input. When it came to ordering a shake, she said that if i didnt like her recommended shake, she would change it for any other shake. I was very pleased. Finally, I gave it a 4 star review (wanted 3.5) despite amazing service and food because I feel that it was too expensive. I understand that they give you a ton of food but it's to the point that it feels overwhelming. Sure I can share the plate with someone else but this is Nicki Jam restaurant. What if we don't want to eat the same thing? Because of this, I don't generally feel like coming back to the restaurant despite the great food and awesome staff and great experience. This could be fixed by lowering the price a bit and giving out less food. I do recommend everyone to have the experience. It's a once in a lifetime. I did love my time and experience. Just Not sure I'll return.
