Taco Bell — Restaurant in Miami

Horrible service, ordered our food and got to the window and they had one of the drinks in the wrong size, I asked them to fix it and the lady at the window huffed and closed the window, fixed the drink, after we got our food and got home to Baxter we discovered there was 2 items missing and we ordered a cheese quesadilla for the first time for my 8 year old and we did not know they put a jalapeno sauce on it and we ordered chips and cheese that were stale, we called them and the only thing that they would do was to give us the 2 items that were missing they would not fix anything else on the order and they lady who answered the phone was rude and short with me this place is a joke I would rather drive to Joplin taco bell we will never go back to this location again UPDATE Tried this location again to see if their service got any better and surprise surprise it didn't, this time around I went inside to order and took them way too long to even come up to the counter, they missed an item in my order and messed up an item on my order as well. The entire time I was waiting for my order I watched the 2 people who were making the food throw more food to the ground then anywhere else. Many locals advise to steer clear of this location due to the lack of service. There are typical complaints of getting orders wrong, having long wait times, the workers being short staffed, etc... We however decided to still go ahead and give this location a try despite what townspeople were saying. Honestly, the food was not terrible. We ordered a deluxe craving box that came with a drink, a beef chulupa supreme, Nacho cheese Doritos locos taco, beefy 5 layer burrito, and nacho fries with nacho cheese. It was enough food for 3 people to share and it was under $10 (excluding tax). The food seemed to be hot and fresh. Everything in the box was filled full with all of the fixings (meat, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese). There were zero complaints about the food. Only con from our recent visit was the wait time. There were zero vehicles in the drive-thru line, only us, and we still waited a good 15± minutes to get our food. Overall, I would recommend to continue to give this place a try if you're a fan of Taco Bell. I personally do not eat there much, but if you have a taco craving and if Taco Bell is your only option, I'd say it's worth going. But be prepared to wait for your food soo I'd still advise the risk of going if you're heading...

Went to go pick up my mobile order, when i got there it was super busy, which is no issue, nor is my issue with the wait time. My issue is with the manager everytime i go in there and its busy she is literally Screaming at the employees, tonight was the worse so far, she was screaming, cussing at them, and placing blame on everyone but herself, slamming things to the point where 1 employee said she was scared, another customer came in and asked for her order to be fixed and was met with a condescending tone and attitude, It got to a point where i couldnt sit back and just watch anymore so i called her out on it and told her she shouldnt be speaking to her employees and customers that way and instead of apologizing to all the employees and customers she acted like that in front of she proceeded to blame her staff, shortly after a heated exchange between us she told me to leave or she would call the police on me. Even though i hadnt received my food. Luckily the employee in the front brought my food out to me, This type of behavior is absolutely unacceptable for a manager and for an adult and i dont understand how she is still employed there after the countless times of yelling and treating her staff that way.
