ENGLISH REVIEW There should be an option for 0 stars to rate an establishment such as this. As other reviews have stated, they include charges for items not consumed, in my case $20 worth, when the issue was addressed to the waitress she immediately said “that is our mistake...”, she did not even review the consumption of the group, she made it look as if she knew that the charge was false, but originally she was willing to present the bill waiting for me not to notice the false charge.
The same waitress also misplaced the credit card of one of the members of our group; the manager’s excuse was “this happens every night, cards get lost here regularly”. They held our IDs for over an hour and had security press our friends to dismiss the fact that the waitress had lost the card, and did not offer any solution to the matter, much less any apologies for either the lost card or waisting our time.
Overall the experience was terrible, as it was the service in general, no real or proper management procedures taken, very unprofessional management presence. I would not recommend this venue overall.

Al igual como lo mencionan otras criticas, incluyen cargos por artículos no consumidos, en mi caso con un monto de $20, al momento de discutir el cargo con la mesera ella inmediatamente contesto “es un error nuestro...”, en ningún momento reviso el consumo del grupo como sabiendo que el cargo era falso, pero aun así intentando que se pagara la cuenta sin darnos cuenta.
La misma mesera extravío la tarjeta de crédito de uno de los integrantes de nuestro grupo; la excusa presentada por la gerente fue “esto sucede todas las noches, aquí se extravían tarjetas regularmente”. Retuvieron nuestras identificaciones durante una hora e intentaron que el personal de seguridad nos presionara para descartar el hecho que la mesera había extraviado la tarjeta, nunca ofrecieron una solución clara al asunto, ni mucho menos pidieron disculpas por haber extraviado la tarjeta o por hacernos perder nuestro tiempo.
En general la experiencia en este establecimiento fue terrible, así como lo fue el servicio, no existió realmente un lineamiento de procedimientos propios de gerencia al momento de tratar con clientes, falta de profesionalismo de parte de la gerente. No recomiendo este...

From security personel, bartenders to waiters, service is pitiful... they even let people to wait outside while raining.
