La Granja Le Jeune — Restaurant in Miami

Hi to whomever read this thank you for reviewing my name is Armando for the record my wife and I came here a few time and first couple time it was good but then it started to get worst I came to eat expecting to have a good plate instead the only thing that was fair was the chicken the rice look as it was not cook properly it seem as it was left over if I'm not mistaken even look as they put away food from a day before the bean I don't know what kind of bean they using but it seem as it a cheap brand of bean it taste really bad and it taste more like tap water then beans even other customer left without eating the rice and beans now the customer service as well was not great since I was not satisfied with the outcome of my food that I paid for I ask for a refund and they told me we do not refund or no exchange they show me a sign by all means it they have that sign then it accurate they serve left over food to chicken to all what in the menu by all means if you feel up to it to be a witness then go for it but eat somewhere where you know that your getting food fresh that prep correctly and if you by any chance can see and taste for yourself they even touch the food with bare hand I'm really dissatisfied with this place I will not recommend no one to come here please review the picture I posted if you see 5 star rating they must be old picture and review for this restaurant i give not even one star from customer to the food as well thank you for reading this review spread the word if you decide to come here then share your experiences as well they need some upgrade and to be address.i will not be coming back and if you order from uber eat or any delivery they will give you left over food...

La Granja means Farm the in English is located near the airport in Miami, new a few hotels, with making it perfect if you are looking for authentic Latina food, a Peruvian with a touch of Ecuadorian and Dominican, a restaurant that has a few option of homemade plates.

In this occasion, I order #2 from the menu that is 1/2 Chicken with rice, Maduro's & beans, for me no habichuela porfavor (no beans please), so I had the option to add more rice or Maduro, I added more Maduro's. This is one of the best chicken coal I had eaten in the USA, I must mention that I grew up in the Dominican Republic is hard to find a nice and homemade roast chicken. The chicken is roasted with a delicious and glazed skin. The white and dark meat are both extremely tender and delicious, the side that I had was rice and Maduro's, the portion of rice was plenty and had a homemade, like one of my aunts or my mom cook it. The Maduro's were on point, Maduro's is when the sweet plantains (yellow plantains) are fried only once, Maduro's in Spanish means "ripe". This can be served as a side dish or apps.

Stepping into La Granja Le Jeune was like discovering a true culinary treasure! The atmosphere was wonderfully bustling and vibrant, filled with the energy that only an authentic, beloved spot can exude. I recently dined there, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish.

I opted for the steak combo, and it was easily one of the best meals I've had in a long time for the value. The steak was grilled to perfection – tender, juicy, and incredibly flavorful. The accompanying beans were seasoned beautifully, and the plantains were just right, not too hard nor too soft. Every bite was a delight, showcasing the genuine Peruvian flavors La Granja is known for.

Despite the lively crowd, the service was impressively swift and efficient. Our food arrived promptly, hot and fresh, which was remarkable given how busy they were. It’s clear they handle even large groups with ease. The availability of free parking, though sometimes a bit challenging to find, and the wheelchair accessibility are thoughtful touches that add to the overall convenience.
