I proud myself of researching a business before utilizing their services. I check online and even ask friends if they have heard anything about it. The first time I heard about this establishment was by a Colombian actress that I follow on Instagram so I figured that it was good… Well I chose Casa di Lashes for my first eyelashes extension experience. I am giving it two stars because the customer service was good. However the quality of the product used was not good. I was told that the extension was supposed to last two to three weeks. The young girl even gave me a brush ( which I use everyday as instructed) Well, all my eyelashes were gone by the first week. I am so disappointed. I feel that I was lied to. Please be aware. I messaged them via Instagram to make sure I was provided accurate info as far as the refill timeframe and was told 2 to 3 weeks. Valentina is truly incredible! I came to her after a bad experience with poorly applied lash extensions, and she completely turned it around. She carefully removed the lashes that were done incorrectly, taking her time to ensure everything was done gently and with care.

I have been doing my eyelash extensions with Casa Di Lashes for 2 years now and would not change them for any other. I am so happy with my extensions that I cannot do without them. I had tried other locations prior to knowing about Casa Di Lashes and returned twice or three times but was not consistent as I am with Casa di Lashes. I love the natural look of my extensions and that they feel like my very own. I also like that they last for a long time unlike my past experiences.
