Target — Local services in Miami

I had an awful experience here with the manager of the Starbucks at this location and the human resources department of Target was of no assistance since the HEALTH CONCERN AND VIOLATION has yet to be resolved. I witnessed a Target Starbucks associate use disinfectant wipes HARMFUL FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION (see image) to wipe the milk steamer nozzle in between drinks. I was extremely alarmed by this and asked to speak with the manger. The manger of Starbucks was extremely rude and did not appear to be concerned for the HEALTH AND SAFETY of his customers and just chalked it up to “this is a target cleaning protocol and if you wish to have it done by using a towel with water to wipe the nozzle in between drinks instead then you have to go to a Starbucks outside of target “ and be proceeded to offer me a refund for my order. I was appalled and I called the human resources department of this location and notified them of my concerns. The woman who took the call appeared to show concern and stated she would bring this matter up to her superior who is in charge of these decisions and stated he must not know this is going on. She told me she would call me to give me an update once she heard from her supervisor and she took down my information. I never heard back from Target and they are STILL using TOXIC CHEMICALS to clean the nozzle that is going INSIDE OF PEOPLES DRINKS. I have gone to another target location in design district area and witnessed the Starbucks there performing the same cleaning method with the disinfectant wipes. On 08/11/24 this happened to my 82 year old mother, I witnessed this! She did a small purchase at this store, the cashier ask her to input her phone number, then my mother proceeded to pay with a debit card. She received right away a message from target on her phone that she was enrolled in some sort of target savers program. Im a tech guy, She just happened to have a new phone that she purchased with her credit card, not her debit card. I just happened to be checking her profile on google, and WHAT DID I KNOW! her DEBIT CARD, appeared on her google profile as a form of payment! Again! After so many years with the remains of the old Big K Mart this Target 🎯 came along to bring some extra life to this Plaza and facilitate even more the lives of those around the neighborhood and perhaps those with a layover from a flight. When I was there there were still several shelves and areas that were empty or that looked like what it seems to be a "rushed" opening.
