Lunabase provided full-service management of our apartment, and we feel Lunabase went above and beyond what we expected in terms of performance, attention to detail and not least communication. Our Lunabase executive, Ben Fenhoff, promptly took care of every single issue that came up including a big issue that took a lot of work and creativity on his part. And the communication to us was done in a prompt manner too, so the cooperation between us was very smooth, friendly and always professional.

Lunabase uses a sophisticated system to track pricing and occupancy levels in the local market, so in our case, we felt that Lunabase found the sweet-spot between pricing and a very high occupancy level.

Being so far away from our apartment, it was essential that Lunabase managed to create a good deal of trust with us already before we left, and they managed to build on that trust for the whole period. We will definitely contract with Lunabase again...

Stayed here for a month when we first moved to Miami and we had the most incredible experience. After a 20 hour drive and not knowing what to expect, walking into this stay felt like walking into a sanctuary. First of all, the view is gorgeous and the balcony is HUGE! So nice to sit out there and take in the incredible water views. The interiors are equally as beautiful and super comfortable. The kitchen is very well stocked and the host Ben was so kind enough to leave groceries and essentials to get started. The bed was incredible and we really appreciated the simple and elegant way the apartment was decorated. Super chic and homey at the same time. We also found the garage to be very safe and convenient and it’s a nice quiet residential area and very centrally located. I would highly recommend this place to anyone...
