I recently had the pleasure of dining at Tiesto Cafe, and I must say that my experience was made all the more enjoyable thanks to our wonderful server, Liz. From the moment we sat down, Liz was attentive and genuinely sweet, making us feel right at home. She took the time to explain the menu and offered great recommendations, ensuring we made the best choices for our meal. Throughout our dining experience, she checked in on us regularly without being intrusive, which is a skill that not all waitstaff possess. Her warm demeanor and willingness to accommodate our requests made our visit truly special. What stood out the most was Liz’s commitment to ensuring we had a delightful experience. She was proactive in making sure our drinks were filled, and she even followed up on our meal to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. It’s clear that she takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about her customers. Overall, Liz was a fantastic ambassador for Tiesto Cafe, and her exceptional service elevated our meal to a whole new level. I highly recommend visiting this cafe and, if you’re lucky enough to have Liz as your server, you’re in for a treat! Thank you, Liz, for making our dining experience so memorable!

After a disappointing sushi experience yesterday, we were delighted with the amazing food and wonderful service at El Tiesto Cafe Miami 🤤🤤🤤 Shout out to our Lyft driver, Carlos, for the recommendation! We owe you! Sandra and the team were incredible! High energy, friendly, and very attentive, they made us feel welcome, kept our drinks full, and made sure we had everything we needed. We LOVED this place (seriously, I waved someone who was walking by in) and we already want to go back! We sat outside, which has a lovely, relaxed atmosphere. We went on a Monday afternoon, and only had to share the place with a few other guests. We ordered a pitcher of mojitos. We were going to get mango, but Sandra let us know the passion fruit was better, and she did not disappoint! We were instantly drawn to their Dominican fusion sushi, and loved every roll we ordered. We had the Volcano, El Tiesta, Crispy Onions, Boca Chica, Tu Culito, Passion Fruit, and Rainbow rolls. They were all delicious, we didn't even have a favorite, and the presentation was. beautiful. I highly recommend this place if you're in Miami! Thank you, Sandra for an amazing afternoon!!!

Tiesto used to be a better experience, the vibe was definitely better than now. Went in June 2021 for a birthday celebration. Reservations are recommended, as we had reservations, so we didn’t have to wait long to be seated. However, this place is becoming a joke they are trying to treat it like it’s a nightclub more than a restaurant! They have changed their seating so now the tables closest to the DJ (from what they told us) require bottle service wit a group of 7 it required a 2 bottle minimum and a group of 5 a 1 bottle and consumption requirement AND also they have a two hour maximum stay, like okay!!!! Mind you this was not an evening reservation nor was this like a mimosa unlimited service where most restaurants have a two hour limit of unlimited drinking etc. Since it was a reservation during the day we were thrown off!!! Besides it’s not like most people plan on staying after two hours it’s still a restaurant, so the host telling us that just irked us. Our waitress was friendly, but despite our group of 5 ordering drinks and the food together, our drinks didn’t come out together but the ABSOLUTE WORST was that our food came out ONE dish at a time so one person had no choice to eat and finish before the next person’s dish came out. Even if one person wanted to wait for the rest the other food never came out and so no choice but to eat or be stuck eating cold food. Literally like a 10-15 min wait between plates. We asked why our food was not coming out together but they had no answers. Frankly I don’t think they cared. So to say the least this was not the greatest experience at Tiesto! I’ve previously gone to Tiesto and was never this way, before I didn’t mind paying the over priced dish and drink prices, however after this experience definitely won’t be returning! It’s over hyped and they are definitely now more interested in the hype and being more of a club versus what they were, a restaurant that had better standards for their service and food. Gave it 3 stars because the food is okay, when you finally get it that is!! I’ve also ordered through UberEats to go and I stopped ordering to go, because they messed up the order got the wrong food so I said I wouldn’t be ordering to go since it’s wasn’t a good experience and I’d try in person instead but after this last in person experience. Forget it! *FYI the place has a dress code*

Previously went had come here for dinner on a Monday night and thought the service and food was good so I decided to return with my family on a Sunday for dinner around 6 PM. They ID at the door yet we went inside and there was a bunch of little kids inside, probably around age 2-3 yo. The ambiance inside was a party vibe so we sat outside. The aye vale roll sounded really good but it was underwhelming, do not recommend. The mofonguitos were our favorite starter. Our waitress was good at the beginning but then she went on break and that’s when everything went downhill. The waitress that replaced her was a complete disaster. We ordered a second round of beer after finishing our appetizers before our dinner arrived. When the entree arrived we reminded the waitress about the beers and she still didn’t bring it. Half way through our meal, we see her and remind her again, NOTHING. It wasn’t until we were done with our meal that we tell her for a third time that she finally goes and gets the beers. Honestly this second time the food was not very good. La Diva was okay, a little too fishy for my taste. La suegra was just a bunch of cream but not much flavor. The veggies in the chofan rice were undercooked and extremely hard and crunchy. Honestly the best dish was the mofongo. The pay our check it took another 30 minutes after giving my credit card as I watched the waitress walk up and down the entire restaurant with my card in her hand. I use to love this place but both service and food quality have significantly diminished.

2 stars just because the food and the kitchen crew. I recently went to this place to watch a baseball game, and I must say that I was disappointed with the experience. While the food was enjoyable, the service was slow, which made the overall experience less enjoyable. Moreover, I was charged a different price for certain items than what was listed on the menu. When I brought this up with the waitress, she informed me that the price on the menu was not applicable for that day because of the event. However, this was never mentioned before ordering, nor was it posted anywhere in the establishment. To make matters worse, when I brought this issue up with the manager, he was quite rude and dismissive of my concerns. He did not offer to refund the difference in price, several times mentioning there was nothing he could do. Finally, I was at least but offered a credit for this place. I don't think I will use this credit as I am hesitant to return to this establishment unless I have to. Overall, while the food was good, the poor service, and deceptive pricing practices left a bad taste in my mouth. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for to visit for specific events or game watching. If you do, be attentive to the charges on your bill.

My experience here was completely a complete disappointment. We came in a party of 4, ordered tacos, quesadillas and margaritas. Tacos $10 quesadillas $10… all good until then.5 margaritas at $25 dollars each!!! We got robbed. We order regular margaritas. But then the waiter asked what kind of tequila? Ok we asked and got casa blanca which was part of the menu … The margaritas did not even taste like liquor. They were soft drinks worth like $12 dollars. We asked the manager how much were the margaritas? He said depends on the tequila so we told him which one we had.. he said between 15 and 16 but we were charged 25 for each !! Small glass not even worth it. They still didn’t do anything about it and we ended paying almost $300 for small appetizers and 5 margaritas..never again will I or my friends come to this place. If you go to this place make sure you ask for prices before you order specially if they offer other things… or else you will find an ugly surprise on your check!
