If you’re looking for an authentic Peruvian dining experience in Miami, Sabora Perú is hands down one of the best spots you can find. From the moment you arrive, everything is convenient and enjoyable. Parking is incredibly easy, with plenty of spaces available, and I’ve never had trouble finding a table; whether I visit on a weekday or weekend.

The restaurant offers a wide selection of traditional Peruvian dishes that are bursting with flavor and made with high-quality ingredients. Each dish I’ve tried has been cooked to perfection, and you can truly taste the love and tradition behind every bite. The service is also worth highlighting: the staff is consistently friendly, polite, and attentive. Orders come out quickly, and the entire experience feels smooth and welcoming.

One dish I absolutely recommend is the carne chaufa; a flavorful, Peruvian-style fried rice with beef that’s packed with savory goodness. I always pair it with yuca a la huancaína, a delicious starter featuring tender cassava topped with a creamy, slightly spicy cheese sauce. These two dishes alone keep me coming back time and time again.

Overall, Sabora Perú combines amazing food, fast service, a comfortable setting, and easy access. Whether you’re new to Peruvian cuisine or a longtime fan, this place should be on your list. It never...

Not the best experience had to wait 10 minutes in an empty restaurant to be seated by any of the 6 employees standing in the back, my wife ordered the octopus, fish and shrimp ceviche, the waitress warned my wife that that plate only brought three shrimps if she wanted extra shrimp we had to pay 8.99 extra,so then she decides to order only octopus and fish ceviche but it was the same price as her first selection so she goes with the first. We were getting a bit impatient, three other patrons came in after us and were served first, at that moment my wife decided she wanted to leave but at last the food was coming to the table, we were very disappointed with her plate, she was served a small portion of a fish ceviche with 3 shrimps and would look like 2 or 3 octopus pieces, not happy with her order she sends it back. I finish my food and asked for the check. The check has a 15% service fee, so before I ask the waitress about it I look at the menu to see what the menu says:" A 15% service fee is charged on a party of 6 or more" , so my wife asks for a manager because we were a party of 2, at the time the waitress says there's no manager. So I guess they charged us the 15% for sending the food back.... Our experience is very unfortunate because my wife really wanted to visit this restaurant,...

I got there at 10:05 pm. A guy came and delivered corn and the silverware. A waitress just passed by, second one did the same thing as I waved my hands. It's a small that they couldn't and shouldn't ignore. 20 minutes later, I still waited as I was looking forward to have my fish with a garlic sauce. It not my first or second time here. This is my neighborhood. And i like to support local business. After 25 I it's, a party of 8 came and got seated in front of me. There was a commotion as they were putting tables and chairs together. I still have my menu and no water on my table. A waitress came to take the drink order from the big table, still no one acknowledged me As I was waving to her she just walked on the other way. The came (busser- who gave me the corn) came back and I asked him if he could get me the server, he said said. I don't think he understood me. Anyways, i went inside and told the 2 waitresses that i want to order. They looked at each other. One of the server was the one who sat me!!!! I don't think they know what they're doing again. Never again I would come back or ever would bring a friend. I would never recommend or suggest it to anyone. Such a horrible and ridiculous experience. Never again. If there is a negative score I could give, I would do it...

Clean cooking in a laid-back atmosphere. 10/10 - I recommend their Lomo Saltado, a stir fry with strips of sirloin mixed with onions, tomatoes, and french fries served with rice. Pair that with an Inca Cola (Peruvian soda that tastes like bubblegum). At least try it once! Good stuff: + Clean and relaxed. + Professional, friendly and attentive staff. + Quick food turnaround. + Staff patiently answered questions our group had. + Generous portions. Food presentation was great. Well executed clean flavors. + Price is reasonable for Miami/area. Bad stuff: None When I used to live near here, I visited once a month. Now whenever I travel to Miami I keep it on my shortlist of good, reliable places to eat and take out friends & family. Price-wise you’ll be paying city rates, but honestly I’d rather they keep delivering high-quality dishes than cave into cheaper prices with inferior ingredients. The service staff is really the cherry on top. Always friendly and attentive. Check it out!

I’m giving this place two stars because the food doesn’t exactly taste bad, its passable but... I made a phone order for three ceviches mixto and one lomo salteado. I went to pick up my order.. there is no pick up area its the walkway from the kitchen, cashier and dining area barely any space to stand, A guy/gal greeted me I said I was picking up, he/she told me my total was “$85 without service fee” I handed $100 dollar bill and stood there he came back and asked me if I desired my change??🤔 Most ppl dont tip when picking up food but I always do however I felt uncomfortable.. when I got home to eat my food I then discovered that there is no shrimp in the mixed ceviche😒 so I called and they said the mixed ceviche doesn’t bring shrimp so if you want shrimp you have to ask for marisco ceviche lol which is what I thought this was already 🤔 the lomo salteado wasn’t all that either. I dont think I’ll be back to this place
