Store 14 on 12th & Flagler is old and visibly dirty.
Rotting fruit & veg are not removed from public view. As if they expect that someone will buy them.
I asked Salvador, at the produce dept., why the rotting oranges were still on the shelves. His response to that was “I only work here!”, which he said in a very rude and I could care-less attitude. It’s not just him all of the employees act the same way.
LIFE has gotten way to EXPENSIVE for SÉDANOS to try and sell food, any food that is going bad (this includes meat). This is disgusting not-to-mention that someone could get sick as a result.

To whom may concern; I am a great client of Sedanos and I always purchase my food and other things for my home there are stores close to me but I preferred Sedanos because they have great qualities in products, but I get time today to write this down because I felt mistreated when I was purchasing today I came 9:53 to buy two things that I need a bottle of wine and dishwasher detergent which make me go to Sedanos urgently since I enter the manager told me to run I was going faster as I could to get my stuff but the guardian approached me with an indecent attitude told me to leave also the manager as well because the need to close urgently it took me to 9:59 to pay everything I can believe this is happened when in my job as baker we have to stay if the client came before close until the client live. Hope this complaint helps to improve the way clients feels in a host environment and improve a great client customer service because it wasn’t feel right! Sedanos #14

Last week bought some pork ribs for $ 6,58 came back today with the price doubling down, how come Sedano, shame on you, for raising prices knowing that the majority of people are struggling ,, all you care about is revenues, I've been shopping there for twenty years, the one on Flagler street and NW Avenue Miami, your staff don't even have an hour lunch time , they have to skip the line at the completa line to buy lunch in front of the customers. The thing I don't understand is you have city of Miami off duty police officers who know that Sedano supermarket is breaking the Labor laws, but sadly, the police officers don't care , they just there to collect and go home. It's time for the Labor department in Miami Florida to take a look at Sedano practices. Where are you Labor department when you need them you must be part of the problem , we're going to call Washington d.c. and notify them if you don't act,...
