My 1st time at a Five Below and my last. I went to buy candy; at the register it asked me for a email or paper receipt. I elected for email receipt. As I was walking out the guy at the door asked for my receipt. I told him I got a email receipt. He said... open your phone and show me your receipt. I could not believe this. He also was not nice about gave me a attitude like if i was stealing something. I opened my phone and of course no email. After a few minutes he allowed me to leave. 1 day later, still no email receipt. A really crappy experience. Never to return to...

Not a very friendly staff; my child had to use the restroom and no restroom was available, they told us to go to Ross and when we made it back they weren’t trying to let us in because they were closing. That was unacceptable so I voiced my opinions we were able to shop for the items we came in there for. Needless to say, two of the items stated that they had online weren’t available, overall not a very good experience as we drove 20 miles to get there.
